While home shopping Shamus always noticed things that we wouldn't necessarily see on our own, he was very knowledgeable when we had questions and he put up with my crazy when I needed to vent on a couple of occasions. He helped us negotiate a deal we were comfortable with on our new home and for that we are grateful. Now that we are in the process of selling our old home I'm even more thankful for Shamus and his expertise. Unfortunately this has been anything but smooth sailing but Shamus has always been there to advocate for us and support whatever decision we wanted to make. He has done everything in his power to help us get the most out of our home and keep things moving towards our closing. We are truly grateful for him and his knowledge. We have also had the pleasure of getting to work with a few members of his team during this process and they have all been wonderful as well. I also want to especially recognize Eric Jones because he stepped up on several occasions to show us homes and be there for us when Shamus had scheduling conflicts and we so appreciated him taking the time to help us! I cannot recommend Shamus and his team enough!

She was so knowledgeable in the areas of Louisville and how to get a bid accepted in this killer market. Not to mention how sweet, friendly, and responsive she was with any questions we had. It was quite the journey moving to Louisville but it felt easier knowing we were in Aliya's expert hands. She was truly overjoyed with us when we found our new home! Secondly, I am not always an easy client, because I always want perfect and want it yesterday. The job that my husband was interviewing for set us up with Stephanie. Upon meeting her I immediately noticed how professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around good person she is. Not only did she take us to see homes, but to see a variety of neighborhoods in the city that may be a good fit for our family. She truly did her due diligence to ensure that we ended up in the right spot. As I got to know Stephanie better, I learned what kind of fighter she really is and saw how that reflected over to her work. She fought for us to get a perfect home in the neighborhood we wanted at a price that we were pleased with, despite the stale market and low inventory. As a sales person, I'm always critical of another but was amazed by her going above and beyond every step of the way. She is a resource for all things Louisville and even sets up events for her clients get to know people in the area. During the process I think we met everyone on the First Saturday team, as they showed some homes as well. They were all genuinely happy to do so, and I think that is indicative of the environment that Stephanie and Greg have created within their business. I would recommend them all! All that to say that we are beyond happy to have worked with First Saturday, and Stephanie is definitely the reason we got our dream home, even during a crazy time where homes fly off the market as soon as they are listed. We used Joe to sell our home in Louisville last Summer and he was outstanding…read more Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Joe Hayden Team stood out as the best Louisville has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Joe and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Joe made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Joe (and Anne, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Joe Hayden Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I had the privilege of being recommended to work with Dustin Robinson as my relator…read more I have never met him, although we had some similar friends and connections, and truly at the time I felt uneasy about venturing into being a first time home owner. But my wife was getting more and more excited about being a future home owner, and the past two years of renting started to bear the limitations and frustrations of not owning your own place. My wife set up a time to meet up with a realtor, and I reluctantly went not expecting to enjoy the meeting whatsoever. The semonin's location was impressive, and the staff was instantly friendly and accommodating. I worked strange hours at the time, but Dustin set up a time that worked for us. Most of his co-workers had already gone home, and we met in his office. It didn't take long for my fears to melt away. The meeting with Dustin was professional, and yet very friendly and caring. He could read we were new to it all and provided the information and assistance we needed to feel comfortable. We decided to take the plunge and start looking at houses. This is where the 5 stars comes into place, if I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin never gave the impression that we were a paycheck to him, in fact he was a friend, he was a great help to us, and he stuck it through till the end. He was always available when we needed to communicate and he fought for us to get the best deals, even if it meant deals falling through. Our first house he told us about an inspector who was fairly priced and was very much attention to detail. This inspector saved us from buying a house that looked fine, but had extensive termite damage. Dustin continued to encourage us, after our "dream house" had a terrible report from the inspection. A month later we found a better house. One that needed a roof repair. The sellers were not great at communicating and yet Dustin fought to bridge the gap, on the end we were able to get them to replace the roof with no expense to us and we now live in a home we absolutely adore. If it wasn't for Dustin we would of possibly bought the first house and would be living in a money pit. Semonin's services were so helpful. We couldn't of done it without them.
