Do not take alternators here to be tested. They are liars…read more August 2024, I brought in a good alternator in and they said the alternator was bad because they wanted to make a sell. This 1st alternator they sold me did not work as well. I exchanged the 1st one for a 2nd alternator, and the 2nd alternator did not work either. I then exchange the 2nd alternator for a 3rd alternator, which in truth was the 1st alternator I had just exchanged and again did this one not work. I could tell they were just swapping the same alternators each exchange at the store. So, I traced the wiring in the car and found a wire that was disconnected from the starter. After fixing this the 3rd (which was also the 1st) alternator worked. This meant that my original alternator was good and they lied to me. This new alternator squeals when I start the car. But I am so tired of dealing with liars. I will never buy from O'Reilly again.

Unlike some of the lesser brands that i don't like, carquest filters are made by WIX. The shop is clean, compared to other auto parts that is. No puddles of grease or oil on the ground. Service is simple they get you what you're looking for and that's it. I ask for other parts and instead of automatically assuming it doesn't exist, which has happened, they look it up anyways to be sure. overall a pleasureable shopping experience. i get what i want and no young high school kid arguing with me.

I worked with Hong and he was able to get me in the same week I reached out. I had the newest Juniper suspension retrofitted onto my older 2023 Model Y. The whole process took about 3-4 hours and cost $700. I'm pretty happy with the cost/time. I would feel comfortable taking my car back again for more suspension work.

They refuse to take responsibility, but I literally just detailed the car the day before and the paint was PERFECT. I hadn't even taken it out of the garage until I took it to interstate. Make sure to watch them install your battery if you bring a car in there that you care about. You can very clearly see how nice my paint is but hairline scratches right where he stood to replace the battery. It might be nothing to the manager, but it's something to me. The sales person, Morgan was actually completely wowed by my car. Looks like I have some buffing to do. Edit: The company response is a lie. They never, NEVER offered any semblance of help. Just the opposite. The manager just kept repeating the lie that he couldn't possibly have scratched the car, again and again while ignoring me. He dismissed me at every turn, repeatedly. I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful staff. They answered all my questions politely. The young man Cameron, whom transacted my purchase was kind enough to go out in the cold and ice to change my windshield wipers for me. I have visited this place of business a few times before and have been pleased with the service. This visit I felt was extra beyond and above and I appreciated it, especially in this type of weather.
