I entered the lobby and told the guy what was going on. Another guy working there heard me, grabbed a little device, and followed me out to my car. It took all of a few seconds to check and the guy told me there was a problem with my gas cap. He looked up the price for me ($8.00 and change) and told me if the light stayed on, to buy a new cap. Those parts or fluids being worn out may be legit, but the cost for JL to replace them + labor is almost enough incentive to take a loan out at the bank, at least for me. I'm attentive to what needs to be replaced, and I head off to NAPA, where one of the friendly employees gets all the car and engine specs typed into a computer database, then heads off into the huge warehouse portion of the store and retrieves the part. The parts usually come in standard and Gold editions, I go for the gold, beings its not too much more expensive, and I feel I can trust NAPA with my extra money. The employees are also knowledgeable of what kinds of things to use for your auto, based on year, type, miles, etc. Overall, a great place to grab parts if you have enough confidence in yourself to work on your car. Also, a AAA card saves 7% on every purchase, which is awesome if you've got the card.

Service is simple they get you what you're looking for and that's it. I ask for other parts and instead of automatically assuming it doesn't exist, which has happened, they look it up anyways to be sure. overall a pleasureable shopping experience. i get what i want and no young high school kid arguing with me.

I worked with Hong and he was able to get me in the same week I reached out. I had the newest Juniper suspension retrofitted onto my older 2023 Model Y. The whole process took about 3-4 hours and cost $700. I'm pretty happy with the cost/time. I would feel comfortable taking my car back again for more suspension work.

The young man Cameron, whom transacted my purchase was kind enough to go out in the cold and ice to change my windshield wipers for me. The phones were ringing off the hooks in there. It's July. Middle of the day on a Tuesday, and they're fielding calls non-stop. Brandon welcomed me in. Asked me what I was looking for. Zero pressure. Without getting into it, it was a rough day for me, and I was looking for something to add a little joy to my life. We talked about family a bit, looked at the bike I had in mind, and I asked him to scratch me out the numbers to think about. He was very clear on the pricing, discounts, add-ons, options for titling, etc. Destination cost is a thing, friends. So is licensing and taxes. In a hot market for a hot bike, so is dealer markup. Welcome to capitalism. Everything was totally transparent and reasonable. So I paid it on the spot. Done. Came back with my wife and picked up a beautifully clean bike a couple of hours later. I genuinely don't know how that could've gone any better. Brandon was exceptionally cool and helpful through the whole transaction, I bought myself a little bit of happiness, and I came out of there with a new friend who I'd do business with again in a heartbeat.
