The weekend was so busy I was on hold with USAA for almost 15 min when a state trooper pulled up to see if we needed help. He called Schrader's and they said they would be on their way, so I dropped my roadside call to wait. Schrader's arrived after about 30 minutes and the tech went out of his way to make sure the kids were doing well and comfortable. Our best plan at the time was to tow to Wal-Mart and have my sister pick up my wife and kids and bring them the rest of the way to their place; I would spend the night in a local hotel to walk over to Wal-Mart and get it fixed first thing the next morning. However, the driver said they would have a tire available so we took it to their shop and they did have a tire. They popped off the tire and found that whatever I had hit had not only punctured the tire, it had blown a 1/2" hole in the wheel. Just when I was starting to accept our independence day weekend was blown, they realize they have a Nissan Rogue in their junkyard and go and get me a new wheel. So after about a 3 hour total delay, we are back on the road. Again: 8:30 pm Saturday July 3, these guys hook me up with a tow, a tire and a wheel, for a grand total of.... $150. I was expecting closer to $500 and to be honest, I would not have complained at all. Schrader's came through with help when we were really in a tough position. I cannot recommend them enough.

Shawn (the owner) was super accommodating & Pam immediately dispatched Matt out with a truck. When Matt arrived he went straight to work & was very careful & diligent with my 2 ton Ambulance, knew what he was doing. The rear bumpers on the ambulance are long & low to the ground & will drag & catch, but Matt took the time to look & make sure everything cleared as he loaded up. I was back home and unable to help them and was worried about them as they faced this problem. My wife called AAA and they sent John Bean from Freedom Towing. (I found out later he's the owner.) He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He put in a new battery, checked the charging system, gave them plenty of information and put their minds at ease about making the rest of their trip. I talked with him on the phone and was convinced he knew what he was talking about. He made me feel much better about my family's situation away from home. I took my truck for repairs on 11/12/18 my paint started fading and spots stared cracking found out…read moreafter closer inspection they were to replace cab corner of truck and was paid to do so. They did not just replaced with bondo and on the paint they used single stage paint. They cobbled up the repair . It cost me 7900 for them to do repairs which they didn't. It will cost me 5700$ now to fix what they cobbled and won't repair the crappy job . They are a scam and are rude and will cuss you out for just asking them to do what they were paid for.
