Today I show up and they tell me they no longer allow trucks with in bed fuel tanks to go through unless i disconnect the hose.. doing that would send water into my diesel tank. I set up an appointment through this app and checked in the night before to confirm my appointment. He estimated that the process would take 3-4 hours, and he actually spent 5 hours which I didn't expect but was pleased with due to the great results. Cody came to my house in the early morning on a hot summer day with all of his supplies, including towels, hose connector, wax machine, cleaning materials, and more, which was very convenient. He first washed my car in the driveway and let the foam sink in. He then had me move it into the garage where he could dry the car, wax and detail the interior. Cody was thorough in his work and clearly took pride in what he does, which he does well. I pointed out a few problem areas and he was able to address them accordingly. He went over what he did to ensure my car stay in pristine condition, including applying sealant, steam cleaning, and protective coating. I can already see a difference, especially the interior. Have spent months trying to get this resolved, Greg Johnson has not resolved this even after having Caliber Collision estimate repair(I was told to get estimate from reputable repair shop. I am being blown off, and now I find out Greg Jonson is out for 2 weeks and never notified me. Our repair through USAA and the Loveland statement about their self inflated "customer service" is fabricated. The worst customer service I have received, and I do not live in Loveland I am closer to Colorado Springs-but the repair done on the road-had to take to nearest dealership. Based on this experience I have to say they have failed epically and I question wether service tech just blew me off and has not sent Caliber Collision estimate to "upper Management as claimed" I'm sick of this frickin' hassle and epic customer service failure-and physical repair a failure. Can't endorse Loveland to fix your Subaru-despite their self important claims of customer service.

Later wife noticed odd smell but thought it was from other vehicles' exhaust. (I have had sinus cancer & have no sense of smell...and am the primary driver around town.) Went out of town today with wife who again noticed smell. Got home and looked under at he hood to find oil all over the engine because apparently the oil cap hadn't been secured when oil was changed. Down a quart low. Called Loveland Subaru Service to tell them what happened...no apologies, no offer to clean engine, no offer of refund for botched oil change... nothing. They also failed to update the service sticker but have our receipt. Slipshod service. Of course, we were getting ready to go on vacation. Disappointed customer.
