He arrived early for our appointment time (and that never happens) and was nothing but polite and friendly. He explained all of my options and reviewed the quote with me before starting work. He was a pleasure to talk to while he worked and was done quickly. He explained everything I need to know about upkeep on the new tints, and was happy to answer all of my questions. Chevys, Toyotas, and My Subaru Legacy continues to impress me with its reliability, gas mileage, and safety. My last car was damaged by hail and after calling Subaru they were able to work out a deal that allowed me to get into another lease very quickly. The entire process was effortless and Matt from the Loveland dealership was excellent in coordinating everything so that I could make the transition. To me, it is the little things that make a good dealership. I have always found that Gregg and his staff have outdone themselves in this regard, most notably whenever there any problems arise and how to creatively manage those. This time I noticed that when they were getting my new vehicle ready for delivery, West (another employee) actually took his shoes off so as not to track any dust or dirt onto the floormats! Subaru of Loveland has my highest recommendation and I would refer anyone looking for good quality and service to pay them a visit.

However my front end left side is coming off. Have spent months trying to get this resolved, Greg Johnson has not resolved this even after having Caliber Collision estimate repair(I was told to get estimate from reputable repair shop. I am being blown off, and now I find out Greg Jonson is out for 2 weeks and never notified me. Our repair through USAA and the Loveland statement about their self inflated "customer service" is fabricated. The worst customer service I have received, and I do not live in Loveland I am closer to Colorado Springs-but the repair done on the road-had to take to nearest dealership. Based on this experience I have to say they have failed epically and I question wether service tech just blew me off and has not sent Caliber Collision estimate to "upper Management as claimed" I'm sick of this frickin' hassle and epic customer service failure-and physical repair a failure. Can't endorse Loveland to fix your Subaru-despite their self important claims of customer service.
