I told her," this should be a hot coffee. She hands me a bag with the bagel, which I asked to be toasted, NOT BURNED. She Goes back & then hands me a medium hot coffee. I asked her what the price ifference between the iced coffee and hot were (as she was clueless in asking or dint seemed concerned) and if I could have my money back for the overcharged amount.
