FALSE ADVERTISING!…read more My 16-year daughter took a whole semester course through this company which promised that she would receive a certification for her competition. My daughter completed the course, passed, but was denied her certificate. The company claim that they are no longer licensed to distribute certificates in our state. THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT!!! Now, my daughter's whole time has been wasted doing the class, she cannot get her learner's permit, and the swindled and stole our money for my daughter to take a class that she could NOT be certified for! I reached out to the company and they REFUSE to respond! I am working on a class action lawsuit and I have filed with the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney's Office in my home state as well as the State of Texas, the Los Angeles Consumer Affairs, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Motor Vehicles! The company is unprofessional, bait-and-switch, liars, unresponsive. We did NOT get what we paid for! We did not get what was promised to us!

Used the Kingwood location because it was the only location that had the hours we needed on a Saturday. Communicated via text with someone and was able to send them a picture of the required documents in order to make sure everything was in order. On test day, met them at the Starbucks and they quickly went over everything, inspected the vehicle, and conducted the test while I waited for them at Starbucks. Test took about 15 minutes and my son passed. Prior to the test, they will send you the course so you can make sure you're prepared. We were scouting the route and was able to practice parallel parking a few times at their location with their cones and their spacing just to make sure my son had it dialed in. Once the test is over, they tell you everything you need to take to DPS to get the provisional license. A bit spendy at $135 but better than dealing with trying to take it at DPS. Time is money and all that.

My significant other wanted to take English classes and she wanted to give this School a try…read moreunfortunately it was a terrible experience and since I covered the classes she asked me to write this. She does not speak English at all so she was told to take the first level for students like her. We spent about $1150 which included 6 books they asked us to buy. This is what happened My girlfriend said the instructor spent hours talking and that she only used 2 out of the six books they told us to buy, she was stressed out and frustrated the entire 6 weeks, that is not teaching, that is not what I paid for. We reached out to the owner and he told me that she was not a kid that could speak for herself, unfortunately she does not speak the language yet thus she asked me to assist her, I did but it seems as though he ignored us. In sum, we have asked in both languages to get a 50% refund and so far the owner ignores the request. My girlfriend said they told her the owner offered for her to retake the course at no charge, that in itself implies they acknowledged that something went wrong. She said there was no way she will go through that bad experience again. Perhaps their method is very good, seems like the instructor did not follow it. He has his own set of rules that have nothing to do with state regulations like exaggerating the way you turn your head before turns to make sure HE notices your observation. I do not recommend this place for teen drivers.

The place wouldn't get anybody in there for COV reasons, that is understandable, they posted a paper saying you should call and when you call the 2 phone numbers NOBODY WILL ANSWER! The mother had to leave without knowing where his kid was. Katy deserves better than this.
