Please note that CFMA does not follow the Cy-Fair ISD or any school calendar year for that matter. If your lesson doesn't fall on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas, expect your kid to have a lesson that week (instead of an opt-in for a camp like before) and you pay full rate regardless if you're out of town for break. I voiced my concerns several times having noticed this change since the departure of Ms. Nancy, but CFMA said that "this is their policy going forward". Well, you lost a customer x2 the way this was handled, having had my kid enroll for the past 4 years and my youngest this past year. No more trophies, no more incentive wristbands, no more workbooks avail for purchase - you buy your own and well, you get the picture. Teachers are great; management, truth be told, could improve on their end.

With music practice makes perfect, and with kids it is not always easy to keep them going, however she was patient through their down periods, and they are still playing and enjoying the music to this day. I cannot thank her enough for the music education that my children are getting, and for always being supportive of their effort.
