I spoke with the owner and gave a description of the colors and mood I wanted to send to my daughter for her graduation from college and starting her first day at REAL work. She listened and took notes and really seemed to understand how special this was for me. What was really a very nice, classy touch is that they sent me a photo of the flowers so I know I got my money's worth. And I sure did! They were gorgeous, healthy and artfully arranged! I really appreciate the phone call I got from Lynn after I placed my online order. She wanted to make sure that it was ok that the shade of pink in store was a little brighter than the one listed online, which was totally ok with me. The flowers were delivered promptly and with care the same day. They included a beautifully hand written card. They were also delivered by a very nice delivery man who on top of the beautiful flower arrangement just completely made my wife's entire day! Above and beyond! Thank you to everyone involved, you guys completely knocked it out of the park! We appreciate everything you all did to help make this day even more special for us!

I purchased the vegan white chocolate raspberry cookie at the pop up location at the downtown…read moreBloomington farmer's market. "Vegan" was clearly written on the blackboard outside the door, on the basket holding the cookies, and on the packaging of each individual cookie. On the ingredients list on the individually wrapped cookies, it states "egg" as one of the primary ingredients. Eggs are not vegan. This could cause stomach upset or an allergic reaction to someone expecting the "vegan" cookie to actually be vegan. I had to throw out the cookie I bought as I could not eat it. I would suggest removing the vegan label associated with this recipe.

After years of positive experiences, I called under new management to order a floral gift. I…read moreclearly explained what I wanted, gave a budget range, and approved their suggested arrangement. What was delivered was completely different and charged at the very top of my budget, not what had been presented. After multiple calls trying to resolve it and a specific request to leave the recipient out of the situation, they made the astonishing decision to return to the recipient's home, remove the arrangement, and issue a full refund. I can accept a disappointing arrangement. I cannot accept poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and repeated bad judgment. One of the strangest customer experiences I've had. I won't be back.

But please, pay your employees decent please! It is weird to see good people working hard, dealing with rude customers, taking care of this business on the front end while the investors hide out, and all that for a couple pennies compared to the insane profits generated for board members. I want to see clearance goods better labeled too and presented to ensure food waste is minimized with produce. How can anyone think labeling a basic discount on food expiring the next day is some service to customers?
