Besides being more competitive with pricing, I immediately recognized the friendly let's do what it takes attitude Mark displayed. I was dealing with a local owner/ operator whom cared. I made several changes to my schedule and each time I was met with extreme flexibility and a can do attitude. I can't speak more highly nor recommend a better organization than Units. Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. I also saw firsthand the great rapport that they have with various tenants that come into the office to pay their rent or ask questions. We did visit several of our tenants that Elite manages. When I moved in the place was still FILTHY from the precious tenant with their solution being to paint over dirt mold and cigarette tar, the window screens are tattered and the property has trash EVERYWHERE so good luck opening your windows without any flies. Did I mention the cabinet doors falling off? Or the water temperature randomly jumping from 70 degrees to 200 degrees when I'm in the shower? Or the archaic heating system that makes your energy bill TRIPLE in the winter time? Save your money and rent somewhere else, it's not worth the time or stress or health hazards esp when management will just give you the run around and never do anything about it because they're content with being slum lords
