I am not sure if something has changed for them but as we got close to our wedding date this summer they were extremely hard to get a hold of. They did not return phone calls and were even closed during normal operating hours when we tried to come in person. One of the most important details for the bride was that her late grandmothers rosary be placed in her bridal bouquet. This detail was discussed multiple times and written down with the last reminder a couple of weeks before the wedding. We also paid extra to have corsages on magnets instead of pins and wrist corsages. The morning of the wedding the flowers arrived at the church and to our surprise there was no rosary within the bride's bouquet. Concrete Daisy would not answer their phone so we had to find family to go make an in person stop. Needless to say the bride was devastated with seeing her flowers and we could not get a hold of the flower shop. Family was able to go in person and retrieve the rosary. We then had to figure out how to place the rosary within the bride's bouquet. This placed pictures behind schedule along with tears and stress for the bride. When we went to start putting flowers on the wedding party at least half a dozen fell apart that were on the magnets along wrist corsages coming off of the wrist piece. Family had to obtain flower wire and start fixing the pieces. When we returned the box and vases to Concrete Daisy we mentioned our concerns and were told that a new employee of 2 days did our wedding flowers and they would pass our concerns on to the owner and have her call us. We are over a month past this discussion and have never received a call. Very disappointed.
