Owner is extremely knowledgeable, personable, willing to discuss your vehicle, and is helpful. I will continue to bring my cars here. Additional context: dealer and several other shops could not or would not provide me answers for the lights (but sure loved to take my money and provide "eh, maybe, it could be" responses). The (redacted) Cadillac dealer I previously went to, failed to identify the issue. They also failed to replace/fill oil on my last service resulting in a critical low oil state-- also adding unnecessary wear to the vehicle and inspired a new engine noise. I was about to give up and drive the car off a bridge-- Meoni's: quickly diagnosed the issue, about 24 hours, with a confident and clear answer. They have a fair labor rate that doesn't feed a corporate machine. They gave me a fair price for the diagnostic work. After all said and done... due to the age, wear, and other factors, they didn't recommend fixing the issue. The owner and I discussed his reasoning, which was supported by objective evidence. This demonstrates integrity I simply cannot find in any other shop I've been to. I cannot recommend it more.

Tom always explains to me thoroughly what work was completed and why as well as provides you with a detailed breakdown of the cost. This isn't some quick lube place. Tom and his team have extensive experience and he's a jack of all trades. When I was looking for "new" old car, I brought the one I picked by his shop and he inspected it, put it up on the lift and checked everything out before he gave it a thumbs up. I had called beforehand to ask if I could stop by and he said "Yes, I want to make sure you get a good car. I'll look at it free." There was a light that went on on the dashboard, I brought the car to him and left it there for a few hours. Later when I came back he told me what sensor was causing the light to go on. He said he checked that sensor's part and it was fine, looked over the whole area, to be sure. He said, "I think the sensor is busted, but the part is fine. I could replace the part, but there's nothing wrong with it. Even with a brand new part, the sensor is probably going to continue to make the dashboard light go on." So, he could have just replaced the part, told me the sensor problematic and charged me for the service. But instead, he charged me nothing. Told me to bring the car by to have the computer read the car to make sure that was the only sensor that was misbehaving. Larry cares about his customers, their cars, and their pocketbooks. Anything he has fixed on my car has stayed fixed. When he changes my oil he looks over everything for me. He's a great guy and it's rare to find someone who cares so much about their work and their customers.
