I was able to contact him at around 8 am on a Friday (06/26), and was back on the road by around 12 - 1 pm the same day. Maurice was very transparent about the issue with our car, was both professional and kind, and did not overcharge. Our situation could have turned out much different. Being disabled & on limited income we needed someone to inspect the Jeep to know if it was safe to drive. Honesty is critical for vehicles when you are traveling on highways with your loved ones. We bought 5 vehicles during my marriage at 1 dealership where we experienced being lied to learning that dealership was telling us our jeep needed a new part that a second opinion told us that was not true. My neighbor told us of their mechanic being honest & not overcharging shared people were driving from other States to have him work on their vehicle. We learned their mechanic quit working for this same dealership but he was at their Madison Dealership shared with us he ethically & morally quit because this dealership owner was charging customers for repairs they did not need to keep money coming in to pay his payroll expenses validated our experience at this owner's second site scared us. He retired that we were looking for a new mechanic that Eagan's Automotive provided us with EXCELLENT SERVICE & were HONEST..... which we read on-line I am giving them my review as the REPAIRMAN you need to go for repairs. Topels was the highest by over 2k with the shortest warranty (they cant even back their own work). If you do not know that much about cars they will take full advantage of it. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
