I was referred to Dr. Kubik by Dr. Hyde Sheffield (an amazing periodontist) and Pennino Dentistry, and from start to finish, it was the best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. At 53 years old, I needed braces and was told I'd have them for 16 to 22 months; they came off right at 16 months to the day. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and kind, answering every question I had and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Kubik's office has an outstanding morale--he clearly loves what he does and brings humor and warmth to each visit. He caters to young patients but makes everyone feel at ease, and his personality is infectious. Candy, who helped when I got my braces removed, was phenomenal as well. I can honestly say I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I recommend Dr. Kubik to anyone who needs orthodontic care. The staff has always been very friendly and understanding if we have accidently missed an appointment. They break everything out so you know what you are paying and what your insurance covers if you have it. I always make the appointments and get a reminder call as well. I understand the times sometimes are inconvenient as they are not open late or weekends but we have always made it work as not many appointments require a long time.
