A food critic was there, too, so we got to watch him evaluate his meal. Of course, he was speaking in German but our friend translated for us. He even took our picture while we were there, too! The food was magnificent. I know there are millions of versions of macaroni and cheese but the Appenzeller cheese on my daughter's mac was superb. We dream about it, even though we haven't been there for almost five years now! The sunset was beautiful, the setting unique,and I would highly recommend this place to you.
