Regional and seasonal menus, exquisitely cooked and lovingly presented. The staff know their way around a restaurant and attend customers very attentively. No prolonged waiting between courses. A really nice dining experience! So we are back a few weeks later to buy a voucher for friends. At the reception we are asked to please go have a coffee in the restaurant while waiting, which we do. 30min later no voucher. We tell the receptionist we would run an errand at the close-by station. An other half an hour later we finally get to pay for the voucher-and guess what- the two coffees. They were seriously not offered! Before I leave, I use the bathroom, where the toilet paper is missing and there are paper slips on the floor. Let's hope with new management starting next month, things will get back to the way they are supposed to be! read more
