They have a ton of fresh vegetables at great prices, a ton of turkish groceries and they have a fresh meat and fish counter. They also have a Turkish bakery with lots of beautiful looking breads and sweets like Baklava and so on. If you are planning a party and need things in bigger quantities there is a good chance you will find it here. Big tubs of olives, yogurts and so on. I really liked this shop and will defenitely be back here again and again.

Metzgerei A.Klobeck's along a line of butcher shops near Viktualienmarkt. It, like all of the other…read moreshops, has a deluge of meats everywhere-- behind the glass counter, above the counter, suspended from the ceiling, crammed between shelves, you name it. There's no sense of a line at all-- just try to get as close to the counter as possible then hope one of the clerks will make eye contact with you. Their most popular option is the leberkase sandwich (a type of baked bologna sausage with corned beef, pork, and bacon), and it was less than €2. We were in the Bavarian region for so long that it became normal to just order a few sticks of sausages and eat them as a snack while we were walking around.

Accidentally ordered both the pork belly and the pork shoulder sandwich but glad I did. The pork…read moreshoulder sandwich was light on the sauerkraut but the server was kind enough to add a little more to ensure flavor blasts in every bite. There's a few standup tables to eat inside. The pork shoulder sandwich included a delicious horseradish and mustard while the pork belly sandwich included the crispy exterior which gave it great texture as well as sauerkraut and mustard both of which we could have used more. Amazing bite for a very low price.

I ended up with a hard roll with deli turkey, which was delicious. My daughter had the spaghetti bolognese (again) and said that it was really good, which surprised me for a deli-like place like this. My husband enjoyed some hot dog/sausage thing, and we had a relatively cheap glass of wine, which was probably one of my favorites the whole trip! All and all great for a little deli!
More deli.

It's traditional Bavarian food in a traditional city, both of which I love!!!!! You can eat-in (smallish-space). But it's really more of a butcher shop/takeaway place. The schweinshaxe is probably my favorite thing to get here. Also known as a German Pork Knuckle. It reminds me of the Chinese version of roast pork because of the crispy skin. You'd have to purchase the entire pork knuckle at a lot of restaurants, which is a really too much for just two people. But I like that you can just pick the amount you want here. I usually get just a slab. During dinner hours, this is one of their most popular items. As much as I love leberkase tho, after multiple tries, I haven't had much luck with that here. I go somewhere else nearby for that. Every time I've had it, whether it be morning, noon or late in the afternoon, the leberkase always been on the drier side. Service is good, but best if you know what you want, instead of asking a bunch of questions, lol
