Aaron seriously is a lifesaver! I had a crazy situation with my previous landlord with demands on…read moretheir end that were so outrageous. Aaron jumped in and got me out of my lease asap. The landlord was an attorney and felt like it was ok to try and bully me into doing what he wanted. I knew I needed an attorney after several attempts of trying to resolve the issue on my own. I hired Aaron, and he found a careless mistake on the landlord's side with an elementary lease obligation for Chicago tenant laws. Aaron was able to shut this idiot down so I could move on. Aaron is not only great at his job but is also hilarious and made my situation better in more ways than one. I appreciate his professionalism, drive to work hard for his clients, and sense of humor. He is a no BS kind of person. I appreciate this in people and Aaron! Thank you, Aaron, for changing things for me and giving me peace to move on. You ROCK!!

I reached out to Aaron when I discovered that my tenants were conducting potentially illegal and…read moredangerous activities in the basement. This somehow seemed to personally offend him. I have worked in the legal field for over a decade and I have never encountered a more rude, sneering and condescending individual. Our first phone conversation was seemingly OK and then it went downhill from there. Afterwards nearly every question I asked was met with disdain. At times he seemed to be on the verge of giving himself an ulcer. He would constantly interrupt and attempt to browbeat. At no point did I feel like this was a lawyer who would have my best interests at heart. My personal favorite moment of our short-lived relationship is when he dramatically sighed and said "Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to do some work for you." I assume no one forced him to be a lawyer. Eventually he decided that we should serve the tenants a termination of lease. He misspelled "dangerous" on the notice. You would think for a 3K retainer he would avoid such sloppy mistakes. He then decided to change his mind at the last minute and that was the final straw. It was my mistake to put up with Aaron's bad behavior but as I was in a time crunch I felt that I had limited options. From the many positives reviews (I assume most of them are real), Aaron does know how to behave like an adult and treat people in a professional and courteous manner. However, if you are one of the people that Aaron decides to show his true and lowly nature to, hang up immediately as this burst hemorrhoid is not worth one second of your time. The only good thing I can say about him is that he gave the retainer back. But I did have to email him for the final installment. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and an incredible depth of knowledge. What impressed us most was the genuine effort he made to get to know my brother as a person, not just as a case. He took the time to understand his background, character, and circumstances, treating him with dignity and respect every step of the way. Darryl also showed tremendous empathy toward our entire family. He patiently answered our questions, explained the legal process in a way we could understand, and always provided calm, honest, and straightforward guidance. During such an overwhelming time, that gave us confidence and peace of mind. His knowledge of the law and the local legal system was evident in every decision. He was strategic, well-prepared, transparent, and never made promises he couldn't keep. We always knew he was fighting tirelessly for my brother while setting realistic expectations. Words will never capture the exceptional abilities of Attorney Darry Goldberg - but I will try…read more... If there is an Attorney Superhero, Darryl Goldberg is one. Darryl Goldberg is one of the best Defense Attorneys in America today. I am one of his successful cases. The DOJ Fraud Section in Washington DC prosecuted me in California. My prospects were grim. Other defendants in my case had previously received sentences of up to 8 years in federal prison from the Judge that sentenced Elizabeth Holmes. If only they had Darryl Goldberg, their outcomes would have been vastly different. I was facing 20 years in a Federal Prison. I was fortunate to have Darry Goldberg as my Attorney. Darryl Goldberg prevailed for me. He won. I received NO jail time. I am ecstatic, euphoric, I pinch myself daily to make sure I am not just dreaming. It was a high-profile case, one of the largest cases in American history prosecuted by one of the heads of a DOJ criminal "Strike Force" with a massive budget. My case was complicated. Darryl Goldberg worked tirelessly for me. He focused his intellect, knowledge of the law and experience on my defense. His work far exceeded any amount of money I could ever spend. I was up against a prosecution with unlimited funds. Only sheer talent prevails in a situation like this - Darryl Goldberg has that talent. In my first meeting with Darryl Goldberg, I felt hopeful. We were on a conference call with a former Assistant United States Attorney who recommended Darryl Goldberg take on my case. He previously prosecuted one of Darryl's former clients and was very familiar with his work. I learned that Darryl Goldberg's expertise in defense (even in the most complicated cases) has prevailed on behalf of his clients. He interviewed me thoroughly; he understood me in ways that I did not understand myself. He brought in experts as necessary and debated with the prosecution in a way that I received the best outcome possible. The outcome was beyond my hope and imagination. His submission to the court was exceptional, fifty pages of case law, citations, examples, legal arguments and ethical reasons why the Court should sentence me no prison time, even though the sentencing guidelines called for years and years in prison. The tone and quality of Darryl Goldberg's voice, his physical demeanor and style in court demand respect. Darryl Goldberg's final arguments to the Court presented points of law and case examples. He uniquely explained congressional leanings, popular beliefs and trends in legal thinking to help the Judge understand the Defense's position. The Judge found Darryl Goldberg's arguments compelling. Darryl Goldberg's unquestionable integrity, credibility, and respect - earned through his work and established as a reputation - gives him a unique advantage in legal negotiations, as well as in court. The DOJ prosecutor, head of the strike force prosecuting me, told me that I had "an excellent attorney." I highly recommend Attorney Darryl Goldberg to everyone. He saved my life.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this legal office based on my experience as a landlord…read more Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have encountered. I retained this firm in September 2025 to assist with a tenant matter, and as of April 21, 2026, the tenant is still occupying the property without paying rent. Given the length of time that has passed, this delay has been both financially and personally burdensome. Additionally, as of April 21, 2026, I have yet to receive any updates regarding what occurred during a court appearance in March. I have not been informed of upcoming court dates, nor have I received consistent communication from the office. Instead, I have had to repeatedly initiate contact myself just to obtain basic information about my case. The process server they utilized also took approximately four months to serve the tenant, causing significant delays. Even after service was finally completed in March, there has still been no clear communication regarding the status or progress of the case. To make matters worse, the process server reportedly left with keys to the building, which raises serious concerns regarding security and professionalism. I strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence and not rely solely on online reviews. My experience highlights serious concerns regarding communication, efficiency, and overall service.
