This 1-Michelin-Starred…read morerestaurant created a special 7-course Vegetarian Tasting Menu just for us I cannot offer enough accolades for this experience - the chef came out to ask if we liked everything, explaining that he normally did not cook solely vegetarian so he wanted to make sure everything was to our liking - and it was!! The wine paring was over-the-top delicious! What we really appreciated, was the fact everything was from the surrounding region - awesome way to highlight the local area wines! And, not only was each wine outrageously delicious but the compliments to the dishes were perfection.
