Dr. Szela is such a wonderful physician. He always takes the time to explain to her his concerns as well as listen to what she has to say. Never have I felt rushed when we have gone there. His staff is also incredible as well. Everyone is upbeat and professional and makes me feel as though my mom is in good hands when we go there.

The women up front were fine, the medical assistant was fine, and the doctor was fine, but there…read morewas an older woman who was completely rude. My doctor told me to go to the bathroom and give a urine sample. When I was done, I stood outside the bathroom for a while, but no one came to get me. So, then I walked over to the desk near where my doctor was. I stood there leaning against the wall while my doctor typed away at the computer. And then this woman started barking at me because I wasn't in my room. We started in triage 1 and then went to a different room (I don't know the room number) briefly before I was sent to the bathroom. I didn't know what room I was supposed to go to afterwards, and this woman kept badgering me, asking me why I was standing there and who I was waiting for. I pointed right at my doctor and said that's who I'm waiting for. My doctor then pointed in the direction of the room so I started walking that way, but the other woman started following me. At this point, I told her to back off. The woman eventually told me what room I was supposed to go to, so I went, and lucky me, the old lady followed me in there. My doctor finally came back and stood in the doorway while she told me my next steps, but I couldn't hear her because the other woman would not stop talking. The woman gave me some meds to take, and I took them with only one sip of water and started to leave. She said I needed to drink more water, but I told her she was being rude, and I wanted to leave. I went to my car and drank a bottle of water on the ride home. I was looking forward to getting the survey texted to me, but guess what, it never came. Didn't see that one coming. Anyway, it has been 5 days and I haven't gotten my results back either. I'm starting to wonder if my interaction with that woman is now affecting how the process typically works after the patient leaves the office. My confidence in the place is pretty low right now.
