A tad slow to fill our 14 bellies.
We (11 adults and 3 kids) came here for dinner the other night looking forward to a family get together. The waiter was mega friendly, showing us to our table and taking our drinks order with great efficiency. Schiehallion for me please!
While we waited on our food we drank & chatted in this lovely, atmospheric, stone and wood adorned highland bar and the locals were more than willing to lend a hand to snap a group hug photo. We continued to chat and drink and chat... By this time our bellies were more than ready for food, but more chatting and a couple more Schiehallions were to come before sustenance arrived.
Have to say the food was pretty standard and to be honest I was a wee bit disappointed, especially since other reviews on other sites were so positive. So that along with the wait were a bit of a pain, however the ambience and waiting/bar guys were fantastic so I'd be willing to give it another go if I'm passing. read more
