Do not take your car here. They will leave your car sit for days after your appointment. Mechanics are a joke

Our car smelled like antifreeze inside when driven. They told us we needed a new radiator, which cost $840 including labor. So they finally did the repair after initially ordering the wrong radiator. Now the car STILL smells like antifreeze inside. There is still something wrong. Did our car even need a new radiator? Also, my husband keeps the engine area spotless, and they did not even attempt to clean up at all after working on it. My husband now refuses to take the car back to them to check it out further, as we don't want to waste any more $. read more

My traverse broke down on Christmas Eve and I wasn't prepared for the extra expense. So I had them hold on the repair. Needless to say don't believe them when they promise a quoted price. They assured us the price would not be that high but over $5000 for a 90 day warranty engine I guess their ideal cost of an engine and mine is very different. read more

Steve at Scheibers is my go to guy especially since buying my Land Rover. He is the only mechanic in town with enough technical know how to repair a British vehicle not to mention the work he has done on my other vehicles. I did have one bad experience with the shop when one of their mechanics incorrectly put the oil plug back in leaving my oil to drain slowly but luckily caught when I went to my dealer for tire changes. That mechanic is no longer there that I know of. The only draw back the shop does have is the lack of equipment to replace my run flat tires. read more

Shawn is an absolute joke of a mechanic. My 16 year old son took his truck in to get aligned, mind you that HE was paying for, and the ignorance ensued. Ripped up a receipt in my husband's face, threatened to keep the truck as payment, followed him outside and eyeballed him until they were gone and yelled at him not to ever bring anything back to that shop due to what should have been a simple alignment, that has now taken almost 3 weeks from start to finish. We were told 3 different prices to begin with and after my son paid over $500 because, this and that needed "fixed", bringing the truck home to find out that it wasn't even aligned yet, then having to wait for more parts to be ordered to be able to take the truck back, we were then told we had to pay over another $100 for the parts they didn't order from day one, because it was someone else's fault, according to this "mechanic". My husband refused to pay the extra and this guy had the audacity to ask my husband what he "even did for a living". Are you kidding me?!!? Horrible way to run a business and you can guarantee whenever I hear the name of this place, I will make sure to run your name in the dirt and you never have to worry about seeing our faces EVER again. read more

I took my van there it needed some front end work done. Supposedly they replaced everything, springs wheel bearings, tirods, ect.... It wound up costing $1,300 and they guaranteed we would not have any more issues as long as we had the van because the whole front end was "new". To my surprise not only have we had continuous problems but it was worse than when we took it there. They insist they are not at fault and are unprofessional and rude!!! would not recommend them to anyone. I would not take a bicycle there!!!!!!! read more

will never do business with them agian. I scheduled an appointment a week ago to have the front end of my car looked at. When I showed up they said they could not get me in and acted like it was no big deal. They were very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvience. I did not even get a phone call ahead of time. Their customer service is very poor. Would not even give me a time so I could decide if I wanted to wait and said they could not get me in until another week. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Took my jetta in for a change of my automatic transmission fluid. Cost me $156 and they assured me they knew what they were doing, its a different process than most vehicles. about 40 miles later all the fluid leaked out. Contacted them and they were very rude and insisted it wasn't their fault. Horrible company to deal with! read more
