The frustration with this doctor's office is more with the administrative staff than the doctors…read morethemselves. They do not care about customer service, convenience, or urgency. For them, it's clearly all about them and not the patient. Several times in the past we have needed prescriptions refilled and they have been delayed and delayed. Today I called to get a quick signature on a sports physical form and they told me I needed 14 days to process it even though they have all of the records in their system... They tried to tell me that it would take days for them to get the nurses to fill out the forms and then to have the doctor sign it. They don't care about helping the patient who is paying their salary, they are worried about doing things according to their system. Very bureaucratic. Probably a lot of government aid coming into this practice. 4 stars for docs, 1 star for admin. 2 stars for overall office vibe.

The front office experience has been the complete opposite. In my interactions, the office staff has been consistently rude and dismissive over the phone & in person. It's really disappointing, because the doctors themselves are wonderful, but the atmosphere created by the front desk is incredibly frustrating.

Over the years, they've squeezed one or the other of my kids in late on a weekday, a Saturday, you name it. They are thorough, patient, knowledgeable and best of all, there are 4 or 5 of them! On occasion we've seen the other doctors there, and my daughter decided Dr. D'Andrea was her favorite, so now she sees him. And yes, both make the belly button tongue depressors. They never rush the appointment, and always ask, "is there anything else you'd like to ask?" They've cared for my children through Scoliosis, broken bones, normal viruses, shots (flu shots are walk-in), and lots of normal check-ups. Oh, and the office staff is great, too, which you'll love when you're a new parent! ;-). Nancy will make you feel like your kid is the priority! Parking is always available, they are upstairs but there is also an elevator, and also an entrance for teens who feel too grown up for the kids' entrance.

The other doctors here, and their pediatric nurse practitioner, are great as well - we've had to come in last minute when the kids are sick etc, and if Dr D'Andre is out, the other doctors and pediatric NP can help. It's so nice that they do this so your child can get help. I love that they're open Saturdays for a bit too. It's so, so nice. Why do kids always seem to get sick or have something happen right as the weekend starts? lol. So grateful I found this office and of course Dr. D'Andre. Oh and my kids LOVE the cool fish tank in the middle of the waiting room. Excellent and smart choice by the team or doctors! lol Perfectly entertaining while kids wait.

Barbara told me that since we're new patients, we'd need to commit to switching our clinic to them, otherwise they wouldn't see her. I explained that we can't decide to change clinics before ever having a visit or meeting the doctors, this is not obvious to me. She showed no interest in helping and rushed to hang up. This makes me question their priorities: are they here to help sick children, or just to sign up new patients? A 4-year-old with an ear infection was turned away because I couldn't promise loyalty to a clinic I've never even visited. It also shows what kind of person is answering the phone when you need help most, and that's exactly the moment a practice should be showing compassion, not indifference. This interaction says a lot about the values this practice operates with.
