I have transitioned my children between 4 of the corporation's schools over the course of 8 years as my career has changed and moved me about the southern part of the DFW metroplex because I love the values of the corporation and feel extremely comfortable with the company as a whole. The Christian values and faith based curriculum is very important to us. My children have loved all of their teachers and look forward to seeing them and I know my children are not the only ones who feel that way, judging by the interactions I witness at drop off and pick up. Greatly recommend parents to look into having their child attend this school. **Additional Review: I wanted to write a review on the Everley Rose Center which is the infant building for this school, but i couldn't find it in the search. My baby had to go to that building for a couple months until she turned 3 and could move to the Academy side. The small cozy atmosphere of the building is great and it always smells so nice! (Which is saying something for a building with so many diapers in it, haha!)

The way this place presents itself to families is very different from the experience I ultimately had. You will hear all the right things about safety, standards, communication, and having children first. The price was reasonable, and it felt like a blessing to find them, but it was a nightmare. I quickly became concerned about leadership, supervision, communication, and overall accountability. Communication was another major problem. When the facility needed something from me, they could contact me like it was the end of the world. However, when I needed someone at the school, getting a response was always very difficult. That is not acceptable when you are talking about someone's child. I tried to be reasonable. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to believe that my concerns would be addressed and that they meant what they said. I should have trusted my instincts. Because when I finally saw enough for myself to understand what was really happening, I was sick of it. If something feels wrong, don't convince yourself that you're being overly cautious. You aren't. Your child cannot advocate for themselves the way you can. You trust these people with something that is infinitely more important than your money, your schedule, or your convenience. Part…read moreof that is my family is about 45 minutes from me, and the other is I never want to be away from her. I'm extremely hands on with her and I don't mind that at all. I heard about Kids Park from Moms in a group I'm in on Facebook, and Heather offered the group a waived registration fee so I finally took my daughter. My husband and I walked in and immediately I knew she'd be fine. There were TONS of toys for her to play with, a play area with a slide (I knew they'd never get her off of that lol), and more. They put her name on her back before I even finished the paperwork and let her in. Right away, they took all the pre-schoolers into a room to dance to The Wiggles and I will admit, I had tears in my eyes knowing my baby was getting bigger. While they had the preschoolers dancing, they had the older kids doing other things but they were careful that my daughter was never hurt or bothered by them. They didn't even start the clock until I handed the paperwork back. My daughter was never left alone (far as I saw) and we walked out. We stayed in the shopping area the entire hour, mostly because we had nothing else to do lol. When we came back, they were carrying her out of the snack area and they said she just wasn't eating so they were bringing her back out to play. Once they handed her to us we smelled that she needed her diaper changed. I asked if I could step back and do it and instead they took care of her for me! I was a little confused as to why they didn't change her (You could definitely smell that she needed it) but I figured if it just happened how would they have known? Everyone was so nice and understanding, saying they were used to seeing Moms as emotional as me and it was "harder on the Moms than the kids to say goodbye". I'll be bringing her back soon, and I think it'll be great for her. I am not putting her in the preschool program though simply because what they're going over, shes already too advanced for it.

I can run errands or go to appointments without stressing about finding a sitter. The staff is honestly the best part. Every single person there is so sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. When my daughter has a hard time at drop-off, they always greet her with a big smile and know exactly how to help her calm down and feel safe. I never worry when she's there because I know she's in loving hands. They also do so many fun activities with the kids, arts and crafts, games, story time, and even themed projects. My daughter comes home excited to show me what she made. She always has paint or glitter somewhere on her, which honestly just proves how hands-on and creative the center is. The place is always clean, organized, and bright, and you can tell they put real effort into making it a fun, safe space for the kids. She leaves happy every single time. If you're looking for flexible, affordable, trustworthy childcare, I can't recommend KidsPark enough. We're so grateful for them!

We pulled our…read moredaughter from another daycare and brought her here because we liked their programming and more experienced teachers/staff; and truthfully because they pray over meals and I really wanted to have her have that experiences outside of our home. The other school "seemed" more modern & had fancy video system (which was good when our daughter was little and couldn't verbally tell us about her day), but truly what i learned was a video doesn't stop a mean/scary teacher in action and you cant rewind. However, the children spot provides lots of picture it didn't have a camera to watch the children at home-- but you're welcomed to come & watch from their office if you ever want to come in (which i never needed to because the disposition of my child was better now) . My child is MUCH happier here & learning more here at the children spot. She does hands on activities, tracing & projects (besides coloring all day long as she seemingly did in the other school). She's in love with her teacher "Ms. Missy" and all the staff. I also love the various discounts they offer for military and educators. I highly recommend this place for any parent due to our amazing experience.

I always felt comfortable dropping my child off because I knew they were in good hands. I especially want to mention Rachel, Ms. Vee, and Miss Crystal -- they were absolutely amazing. Each of them went out of their way to make sure my child felt safe, supported, and loved. Their communication, warmth, and consistency made such a difference for us, and it showed every day in how happy my child was at pickup. The only reason we left was because we moved to a different city and needed a daycare closer to home. If that hadn't happened, we definitely would have stayed. I'm truly grateful for the time we spent here, and I'd absolutely recommend Children's Courtyard at Wimbledon to any family looking for a warm, safe, and supportive environment for their little one.

The director has changed and I spoke to the previous one. I thought with my grandson starting elementary school that things would be better. But today they sent him ON A BUS TO A SCHOOL HE DOESNT GO TO! This is how children get lost or injured. They clearly do not pay close enough attention to the children when one can get on a bus. His mother picks him up to take him to school, he isn't supposed to GET on any bus. But did they go get him to fix their mistake? No, they called mom and made her go get him. Which is probably best since they were too incompetent to prevent him from getting on the bus to begin with. This is probably why they turned off their Google reviews, because so many people had issues that they don't take care of. I would DEFINITELY think twice before sending your children here!
