We came in without an appointment, and from the moment we walked through the door, the receptionist welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. Dr. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and was incredibly compassionate. She gently numbed my toe with a few injections and removed the nail quickly and efficiently, making what I expected to be a stressful experience much easier than I imagined. My appointment was at 4, they asked me to be there at 3:30 to allow time to fill out paperwork. I was out of there by 4:15! I was greeted by Maria at the front desk who was very welcoming, calming and nice. Then I was greeted by Chris who took me to a room, asked me a few questions and x-rayed my foot. He was a great listener, it was a very speedy process and he took the time to listen to all my concerns. Shortly after the x-ray Dr. Norris came in, told me that luckily nothing was broken, did a little testing with my feet, also listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on how to move forward. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall, everyone I encountered was insanely nice and made me feel good in a rather stressful situation. The whole process was so fast, but not so fast that it felt jarring. It was a nice comfortable pace and I wasn't waiting around for hours. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I usually have two calices one on each big toe shaved down for almost 6yrs been doing this of yrs working in the Hospitality industry. My right heel was in such a pain that I could hardly walk on it was going on for a week. They X-rayed it and I was diagnosed with Plantar Fascitis..they suggested I purchase inserts for 400.00..I said what? Oh we have some for 50.00 I purchased them. The Doctor had no personality..I also had my toe-nails trimmed by a young man who was really nice..I had spine surgery 5yrs back couldnt bend. Time to go the Doctor said she was prescribing antiflamatory meds..and cream for my heel. Left went to CVS to pick up scripts there was only one lotrisone..I asked the pharmacist about the cream to treat my heel she quoted that its not for what I had. The Podiatrist failed to prescribe antiflamatory meds. This Podiatrist seems to like the big money surgeries for foot and ankle..She did put me in therapy for 6 weeks..my next visit was in 6weeks...I wont be back..it seems all the good and down to earth doctors are dead or retired. My Internist requested I get a second opinion. Well I found this wonderful, wonderful podiatrist who worked to save my toe from amputation. He is soft spoken and witty. Very caring doctor. He has one technician that works with him. She is just wonderful also. The patient is numero uno and your treated as such. I can most certainly recommend this great, caring individual. I am so happy that I found a great doctor that knows what he's doing and shows it in his professionalism and dedication.

I made an appointment several days before going. When I got there I noticed that the secretary…read morewas hidden behind a sliding screen it's a sign "Do not touch glass"I sat in the waiting room for twenty minutes without any contact with anyone. I heard the doctor and her arguing back and forth behind the glass. I thought of walking out and regret not doing it. This continued throughout my visit. Incredibly unprofessional. Finally someone walked in and tapped on the glass. The secretary noticed me and said. "Who are You". I said I had a 10 o'clock appointment. She said to write my name down because she couldn't find me. Second flag I missed. When he finally took me the doctor was still arguing with his secretary who came into the treatment room to get something out of the closet. They were still bickering. Again--most unprofessional. The doctor said "wow looks like I'm bleeding" and put a band aid on his cut. Another red flag I missed. I went to have a callus trimmed down which I have had done a number of times by my regular podiatrist up north -- pain free. The doctor who seemed to be rushing and caused pain which has never happened before and then announced. "You have some blood coming out". Then bandaged me up and gave me a band aid for " after my shower". So he not only cut himself but cut me also. More red flags. He said I needed an X-ray and I asked why. He said because they won't reimburse him for "just calluses". I went along with the x-Ray until the side of the x-Ray fell and he started yelling for his secretary to come but never came. That was it. I said I don't want an x-Ray. He curtly and flippantly said. "Good bye;" and so I left. About a half hour later he called to apologize and I told him about my visit. He said he has spoke to the secretary about the yelling but she has been with him a long time. I suggested couples counseling. When I asked whether I would be able to golf the next day he said " he said " Everyone this has happened to was able to play golf the next day". WTF ??? My exposure to this doctor and his office was like a Saturday Night Live sketch. Except, there was nothing funny about it. This was my experience. Caveat Emptor!!

I liked this place from the start. For my first visit, everything went very smoothly. It helped that I spent about 20 minutes on the phone the day before with the Cleveland Clinic Appointment folks giving them my personal and insurance info. Located in a small shopping area just west of the Sawgrass and just off of University (way easy to get to), there is plenty of parking. The facility felt more like I was visiting my family doctor and not like I was visiting a large medical organization. The front desk staff were professional. I almost never mention names in my reviews. But have to say, Nurse Tiffany and Dr. Meier-Davila were top-notch professionals. Both were good listeners and had positive communication skills. They solicited information in a manner that made me feel comfortable about being candid. Would have given 5-stars, but they do not do lab work onsite. However, that is outweighed by the comfortable feel of a family practice. In this age of assembly-line medical attention, The team at Cleveland Clinic Parkland made me feel comfortable with their personal attention.

App makes you answer the same long questions for every visit even if you have two appointments for the same day. Bathroom is a single and it is behind locked doors so you have to wait to be buzzed in and if no one is in the front well then you just have to wait. Once you're in there the wait isn't usually too long. You should be out within the hour. There are lots of new drs here now. Offices and bathrooms are clean.
