The sweetest, kindest doctor!…read more After a minor accident, I needed to have my big toenail removed. We came in without an appointment, and from the moment we walked through the door, the receptionist welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. Dr. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and was incredibly compassionate. She gently numbed my toe with a few injections and removed the nail quickly and efficiently, making what I expected to be a stressful experience much easier than I imagined. I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Nicole and her team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional doctor. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

My appointment was at 4, they asked me to be there at 3:30 to allow time to fill out paperwork. I was out of there by 4:15! I was greeted by Maria at the front desk who was very welcoming, calming and nice. Then I was greeted by Chris who took me to a room, asked me a few questions and x-rayed my foot. He was a great listener, it was a very speedy process and he took the time to listen to all my concerns. Shortly after the x-ray Dr. Norris came in, told me that luckily nothing was broken, did a little testing with my feet, also listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on how to move forward. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall, everyone I encountered was insanely nice and made me feel good in a rather stressful situation. The whole process was so fast, but not so fast that it felt jarring. It was a nice comfortable pace and I wasn't waiting around for hours. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The bad: his front desk, staff treats patients very badly, uses profanity, lies, and plays games with handling their patients. One for instance is they called me an old fart and referred to me and another patient waiting butt holes. I know I don't talk to anyone one that way. What's worse, when I told the doctor he challenged me by asking me why I'm there to which I said because he's a good doctor. When I suggested he might want to talk to his staff he came right out and said no and that he didn't care. Beware

I visited the Broward Blvd location (off las olas) in Fort Lauderdale. The place was immaculate and modern, the staff was very friendly and there was no wait. The assistant was so pleasant. Made me feel super comfortable, very friendly. She was fantastic! Doctor Strauss blew me away. 99.9% of doctors try to churn and burn patients through the office. Upselling them with unnecessary items or tests. When asking if I should get custom orthotics to help with my planter faucitis - straight up said absolutely not. It is a waste of money. Same with other items I saw online that might help. He was straight forward and unbelievably knowledgeable. He diagnosed my foot pain immediately. Had suggested two options for treatments. I opted for a cortisone shot in my foot because it has been so painful all the time and I wanted an immediate fix. He and the nurse helped baby me through it (because I am a big one and tend to pass out with the thought of needles). He took his time and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. Thank you. If anyone is looking for a foot doctor - you don't need to look any further.
