My mom sent a package with over $400 dollars worth of gifts on July 20th, and as of August 17th, we still have not received it. It arrived at a FedEx facility in Champaign 9 days later on July 29th and was shipped out on August 3rd. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend using this shipping center. read more

From the Business

Specialties

We are a small company that provides personal care to each of our customers. We are in business to serve our community with office and janitor products. Locally owned, we care about our town and will do whatever we can to make our customers happy. We will match any major office supply store price, without the headache. We provide the best product to fit your needs not ours. Stop in today and see how we can bring a smile to your workplaces.

History

Established in 2016.

After spending about 15 years managing restaurants, the long hours and endless work schedule took all it was just going to from my family. With my wife being a teacher in our community, me working nights and weekends was not the best choice for our family. I decided to take a chance and open a business on my own. Now I can work the hours I wanted and still have time with my family. It first started with a small first aid and construction supplies. After speaking with the my customers I realized there was a need for a office supply store in our town. A major chain came in a few years ago and closed down all of the local shops. They have now closed and left a huge gap in our community. Working from home for the past few years I have been nice but our community needs more. So I finally opened a physical location for my office supply store. Stop in today and see how we can bring a smile to your workplace.

One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.

It cost me $0.40 per page printed in color. The results were quite nice - they use a laser printer. There is no self-service - if you are printing from a file, you'll have to have an employee help. Even though this seems like a drawback, I was in and out faster than I probably would have been at a Kinko's (no, there's not one in the area). They are definitely not setup for multiple customers at once, but there was no line when I went. The other weird thing is the computer upfront is a Mac so we had to use the computer in back (the owner's office?) to access my file. So it's nice that they support both, but I'm not sure if I would have been able to print if the owner/supervisor wasn't there.
