We all need to rise up and complain about the poor phone service. These establishments are taking…read moreadvantage of their patients by leaving hanging on phone. Spent 15 minutes waiting only to hear "we care about you" blah blah blah, then cut off to leave a message for call back within 24 hours. This was to find out about the insurances they except as thinking about changing carrier. Most medical facilities are going to answering services instead of employing people to make things more personal. Or, to make you log on to their system. Please let your doctors know how you feel and try to move to doctors offices who answer their phone. They need to get the message loud and clear. The doctors are lead by their noses by corporate offices and corporate wants to save a penny here a thousand there so we get stuck with poor service. Star rating is for poor phone service

When I had told her that I had received a second opinion on getting diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, she immediately shut it down and kept insisting it was fibromyalgia. It felt like she was definitely judging that I went to get another opinion on the matter. I'm not sure who exactly she thinks she is and where the sense of entitlement and egoism comes from, but needless to say, don't every come to this place to get treated, you will not get the care you deserve.

Dr. Mitchell has had a transformative positive impact on my health in just six months of working…read morewith him. Over the past 3-5 years I have struggled greatly with spinal pain and increasing severity of autoimmune symptoms that no other doctor was able to diagnose or correctly treat. I am an Olympic swimmer and a documentary creator, so to suffer my body's degeneration so severely was more than just a nuisance, it felt like a loss of my entire identity. My right eye was going blind due to inflammation, my spine was attempting to fuse together, I had abdominal pain that kept me up all night and mental fog all day that prevented me from working for weeks at a time. Every day I was taking a massive cocktail of medications for asthma, inflammation and allergies that seemed to be doing absolutely nothing for me. All of this impacted my life perspective and outlook to the point where I didn't desire to live if this is how life was going to be. I had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Mitchell's podcasts and learn about his methodology - it was something that appealed to me so I made an appointment with him. More than any other physician I've had, Dr. Mitchell is keen on using diagnostics to inform treatment. A full analysis of blood, stool, urine, mental health and lifestyle choices was done within the first month - the results were then carefully explained and Dr. Mitchell put forward a treatment plan in phases focused on resetting my damaged gut as it plays heavily into the severity of my health woes. Dr. Mitchell put me on a natural regimen of healing nutrition, physical activity, enzymes, probiotics, cleansing aids, meditation and homeopathic remedies. It was a lot of effort, but in the end it paid off. After a few months of putting in the work and sticking with the plan, I am now back in the gym training with glimpses of the same spirit I had as an Olympian; back in the office making headway on innovative ideas and connecting with people around me; my relationships with loved ones are getting stronger and more compassionate; I am more aware of my nutritional choices and able to make smarter decisions about how to use food as the best medicine. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mitchell's patience, kindness and deep concern for me as a guide through this journey. We live in a time where the perversion of profit has tainted our inputs measurably (food, social, technological, environmental) and is causing immense imbalances that trigger adverse responses from our bodies. The movement around identifying these toxic inputs to address them is young but growing - for the time being it is fantastically difficult to avoid those toxic inputs entirely, and a guide like Dr. Mitchell can help tremendously in living every day to the fullest in this environment and find ways to be strong, vibrant, compassionate and energetic in all aspects of life.

I really like this practice. I first saw Dr. Bharadwaj. She is very sweet. I asked plenty of…read morequestions, and she answered them with great explanations. Now I mostly see Kristin Sharma, PA, and she is also very understanding. It seems like I always have something odd going on, and we talk about it and adjust medications or treatments accordingly. She knows I can be reluctant to keep going up on my meds, so she lets me ride it out sometimes until it is obvious we need to increase. She really listens and documents well. I recently pulled my medical records to apply for disability, and she wrote down everything I said. They were very thorough. I really think that is why I wàs able to get approved. I worked for at least 35 years as well. That helps. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the Rheumera app. No one in the office told me that this little AI app was going to charge me 58 dollars a month as my copay. I think they were going to charge my insurance 85. It definitely wasn't worth it. It took me several phone calls and notices to get it canceled. I wasn't happy to have to pay all those when it was never explained. Also, now that I am on infusions, they said the medicine would be free or 5 dollars. Well come to find out they charge for the administration almost 200 dollars. I have a high deductible plan. Luckily I only go every 8 weeks. That often times includes lab work, though. My insurance stinks, and I hope it is better once I get on Medidcare.

I even faxed the referral myself via through my work 3 times and I called today and they still are telling me nothing has been received. Between myself and my PCP office we have faxed the referral a total of 9 times. And in the meantime I am over here suffering with excruciating pain! It's been over a year trying to be able to make an appointment and unable to. At this point I will definitely not be trying anymore. I am so upset and sad. Lastly, the Fax # we have been faxing the referral to is 480-443-8697.
