I've had the pleasure of visiting this store in person multiple times and he is always personable, welcoming, and kind. The store is a gorgeous homage to the artisan days where you can see endless high-quality, hand-crafted leather goods. It's truly a pleasure to see the work from a store like this! This year I was looking for a new belt to surprise my partner for his birthday. He stated that he wanted a full-grain leather belt, but I was unsure what that meant. Remembering the few times I visited this store, I called Dennis and he was happy to patiently walk through all of my questions on leather types, sizing, and engravement. I was also concerned that the order would not arrive on time as I was leaving the state soon and he made sure to get my order finished and sent within a day. Lastly, I cannot overstate how much my partner loved the belt, the quality, sizing, width, and finish were all extremely high quality and the price was so much more affordable than all those mass-produced leather goods sold by large fashion corporations (most of which are not quality leather). I fully trust that his belt will last and look lovely for many years to come, and I'm looking forward to picking up some new belts and other gifts for our family and friends!

The quality of their workmanship is second to none, whether they are building something new or repairing old shoes. The owner, Charlie, is very friendly and willing to spend as much time with you as you need. Even the young woman at the counter is very courteous and friendly. Overall, all my interactions at Tanner's have been a 10-star experience. Review by "Ralph" aka: Roy frim Glenville

Their selection is staggering, with rows and rows of boots for men women and children. Some boots are better suited for work, some more fashionable, but they're all high quality with a good range of price points. The pairs I was eyeing ranged from $143 to $260, but they did have pairs for upwards of $400. The store was clean, well stocked, and well organized with friendly and helpful staff. I had no trouble finding my size for most of the boots I tried on. The shop offers lots of other items besides boots including suede fringe jackets, furs, leather, hats, sandals, jewelry, candles (Smell These Nuts - it smells amazing), weather treatments for the boots, lollipops with worms and scorpions in them, as well as nick knacks and souvenirs. I ended up leaving with a beautiful pair of boots from the Corral company and a pair of silver earrings with coral and turquoise. I didn't get a chance to weatherproof them before my darling boyfriend decided to drag me through the bottom of the hill on headliner night at Jamboree in the Hills. Ahem. We are still together, but I did spend about 30 minutes lovingly cleaning them to restore them to their luster, and these are some durable boots. I wish this place was close to me, I'd definitely go broke here :)

So I went here to see. I am not the easiest to fit, so I didn't have a lot of hope for this, but I figured I would still try. I took a sample of what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly employee Wes, who then showed me 3 to 4 different options and suggested them based on his own taste but also what I had mentioned. It was great. I tried them on and some fit well but lacked some things I wanted and others didn't fit the way I wanted so no perfect match but here is why this place gets 5 stars while I was there I observed other customers in the store and West going above and beyond to offer advice on other things in the store and personal recommendations to the point customers even were saying "wow I really appreciate that information" " that means alot" ect He really showed a "I care about everyone" attitude top notch customer service! He even tried to find something for me, but unfortunately, there just wasn't anything that was there that matched, but we found something close. I just needed a different size, so he took my info and will be in touch when it comes in. I was very impressed with the customer service observed! If you are looking for leather, jocks, or fun underwear, this is the place to check out and the customer service at least if Wes is there is Amazing!
