I tried everything on my own until I followed up with Jose at APlus Tech Labs. He identified the issue, offered up upgrade my CPU and replace it with a new AIO Cooling system. I was very happy with the price and lead time. I wound up bringing Jose my 2nd PC as well! For this 2nd PC, the PSU or the Motherboard had gotten fried so we had both replaced in a matter of days.
