She is a mother, a doctor that is genuine, straight forward and goes above and beyond her call of duty. That's a rare find, nowadays. Historically, the doctors I have encountered have been abrupt, short and recommend unnecessary tests or what not. Dr. Gooden does not do this. Ever. Her Assistant Shanna, is also amazing. Goes above and beyond and I am thrilled to be a patient of theirs. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a Primary Care Doctor or a Pediatrician. I have very good Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and they would not pay for the unnecessary tests that were: an Rogers EKG for $82, a Rogers UA for $15, Rogers Chest Xray $97, and a Rogers General Health Panel for $153. They know most insurances don't pay for this so the send an admin person in your patient room right before the doctor comes in to initialize and check the box next to each test that states if insurance doesn't pay that you would be responsible. I should have walked out but now I'm stuck with the bill. I won't be back.
