I lived here exactly 1 year, from 2019-2020. It was my 5th apartment in 8 years (and I'm now at my…read more6th), so when I say this was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've EVER experienced with renting that's saying a lot! Starting from trying to even rent the place the leasing agents were AMAZING, especially Jodie. We were trying to rent from halfway across the country and she made it so smooth! Their communication is superb. As tenants we had zero issues. The maintenance staff was also very good and always very helpful and kind as well. They even showed up within 10 minutes one morning when my door knob fell off. The location is great, half an hour to IU health, 6 minutes to Costco, Trader Joes, Fresh Thyme, and a bunch of clothing stores (Ross, Burlington, etc.), less than 20 minutes to Fort Harrison State Park. Basically whatever you need is in short driving distance :) We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and it was a great value, the layout was very practical and the complex was very quite and well kept. The only downsides were not having an elevator and the electricity bill in the winter due to heat being electric. Just 2 points to consider when moving in. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex, they're great!

I have NEVER been late on rent in 2 years of moving here to Indy or AT ALL ever - you can see that online in rent cafe. My income is good. Always pay my utilities and car payments. I work hard. I asked about credit score bc of divorce I am working on it. S he said they look at the whole picture. Clearly this company does not. She never responded to me just ghosted me. I found out by looking at my app on the website it said DECLINED. Very nice . I will never recommend any of this companies properties. Enjoy your $75 and the fact that you lost a great renter. I never received an email!

Looking for a place that offers a competitive price, friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, and a…read moreslammin' location? Find yourself lost in this adorable townhome complex just off the Monon Trail, within walking distance, and minutes from the main strip. If you're thinking of relocating to the village, Broad Ripple Apartments keeps you having fun every step of the way! My two roommates and I just moved here in May 2012, and I have not regretted it in the slightest. When we were looking for apartments last year, I was looking at places I had found online, but I wasn't able to find something that matched all three of our needs. One day, we were all shopping around, and the boys drove down to the apartments next door, which they hated. As they went down the road to turn around, they noticed another leasing office. Unaware that it was another apartment complex altogether, they went inside and accidentally found our new home. Pros: Adorable 1960s townhomes, hardwood floors, cozy bedrooms, black and white tiles in bath and kitchen, full basement, large wooden patios, pet friendly, beautiful view of the neighboring buildings and mature trees, super convenient location Cons: Washer and dryer not included, only one full bathroom, limited amount of units with patios, very small kitchen, next to high school In the short time we've been living here, I've used the Monon Trail for biking, running, and walking through Broad Ripple Village - very convenient for getting to restaurants and shops. The noise levels are very low, except the occasional bar-hopper and we can hear the high school football game or marching band; nothing that I would consider a disturbance though. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

I really like living at Broad Ripple Apartments and I am sad to leave. The hardwood floors…read morethroughout are a nice touch. Having a basement is a huge plus! The amount of space on the deck, make up for the galley kitchen. Staff are very responsive and easy to work with. The location is perfect for walking to anything in Broad Ripple. It is conveniently on the Monon and next to broad ripple HS - where the farmer's market is during summer months. Parking has not been an issue. I appreciate having dedicated parking. I have a dog and there are many dogs in the complex, but I have not had any issues with any other dogs. The price is good too - not overpriced. I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived here almost 10 months and I CANT WAIT until my 12 month lease is up. They "promised"…read morethat nobody would be coming into my apartment without my permission, but I found out that was not the case. They do not take care of their appliances and my water heater was probably original to the complex that was built in the 1970's. When I called the emergency line because my water heater was literally crumbling and leaking water, he divulged that he specifically had been to my apartment twice that week to check on my water heater and they had decided they were going to just keep "buying time" until they could get a free day to fix the heater. Well they let it go to far and it ended up leaking and falling apart. They also stated that they would treat the entire complex for pests. Well I had two inch diameter spiders when I first moved in, and I finally went and bought my OWN bug spray and spray my apartment MONTHLY because of how bad the bug problem is (the apartment I have is "overlooking a lake" which is really just a man made pond that is not kept up or clean and is just a mossy algae mess which leads to an ENORMOUS amount of bugs in the buildings and hallways). My neighbors are kinda weird (it is mainly government housing here, which I am not on) and my one neighbor plays REALLY loud music til 11:00 PM sometimes which i haven't complained to the office about, but its because I know they don't care about my oven taking an hour to boil 2 cups of water, they are not going to care about my neighbors making noise. The pet fee is insane and costs $250 for deposit, and $25 a month for rent. The carpet was not changed when I moved in and in the corners, you can see the sub flooring and no padding under neath the carpet. The appliances are original to the complex and are older than me (I'm 25). Super inefficient for utility bills, which are outrageous if you ever use anything (because it takes an hour to boil a cup of water). I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE.

I then bought a kiddie pool to try and cool off-- to which they told me to take down. This complex is corrupt, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Not to mention it is now June and they have not set up the pool they claim to have. Staff is rude and not helpful. Sincerely- disgruntled resident

It was very convenient for I was able to raise them and allow them to stay in the same school and get them stability. It used to be called autumn ridge. Every once in a Blue Moon yes they would have some issues with air conditioning or maybe water leakage but it was always taking care of in a timely manner and I never had any issues. I lived on the right hand side as you come in on the 1st apartment at the bottom facing the field and my back door or patio door facing the office. With 3 kids in a time a cooperation came in to do an inspection or to think about buying it over they always used my apartment because I kept it very clean with 3 children the carpets were immaculate because shoes came off and there was no stains or marks on the walls. I don't know what I would have done without living there but pretty much you need to stay to yourself and respect management. If you are kind to them and appreciate the work they do what they do what try to do then they will definitely comply with things that you need.
