Like all doctors, Dr Berdjis is very busy, but he doesn't rush or make you feel like a burdon, and he's great at explaining things in a calm, matter-of-fact way. My doctor was not Dr manzoor mandrel. My doctor was Dr Michael Tahery. I received a hospital bill and a bill from my doctor. Which I paid immediately. I have never heard of this doctor. I have never been to his office. I have never been a patient of this doctor. I recieved a bill in the mail 3 weeks ago stating I owed $250 this bill is a photocopy of a photocopy. With the address crossed out and another hand written address over it. We thought it was a scam. We called to see who this was and to let them know they were sending fake invoices out to people. She said in fact this was a real bill. I laughed and said for what. She said oh this Dr assisted your Dr in delivering your baby. And I had to pay. 15 months later? I said hmmm I'd like to get more information about this because this doesn't sound legitimate. She said she would have her manager call me back with more information. Days passed no call. So I called again. Oh manager is not in. Call next week on Monday at 10. To which I received another more legitimate looking bill in the mail. So I called right away and she answered and said oops we decided to take Veterans Day off. Call back again Wednesday I said no you call me back. I did not get a call back. Now today Tuesday Nov. 19th I call. And she said oh the manager is busy call back. To which I said NO YOU CALL ME BACK. The manager finally calls back and says oh yea we've been sending you multiple bills and you need to pay.I said excuse me I called the second I got this bill and have now called multiple times and you've repeatedly said you would call back and you haven't. She said let me check to see if that's true. Hold on. LOL. Gets back on the line. And says yes she said youve called and we were busy. Ohhhh okay. Thanks for checking. I tell her that's extremely rude to say that I haven't called back or that I haven't paid. I asked who are you. Can you give me some explanation. Why am I receiving a bill 15 Months after I've had a baby. I have never seen this doctor in my life. She then says we billed insurance they said no and now you owe. With no explanation. I've paid my hospital bills I've paid my doctor bills. This is outrageous. I said you're being very rude. She asked me if I was Persian. I said no I said I'm Armenian what does that matter. And she said ARMENIANS ARE THE MOST RUDEST PEOPLE. so now she's racist and discriminating me because of my ethnicity. I immediately hung up. And here I am now writing this review. I will be reporting them and leaving multiple reviews to warn people about my experience.

Furthermore, they attempted to push a monthly membership fee which I declined. The most frustrating part is that the office marked me as a "no-show" even though I was there on time. When I called to dispute the "No-Show" the receptionist was incredibly rude, hung up on me, and then left me on hold for 40 minutes when I called back. Today I received at $100 bill Ifor an appointment I actually attended but that the office was unable to fulfill. Beware of inaccurate service listings and poor administrative conduct at this practice. I intend to dispute this to the full extent!--- I SEE dr. Nobody likes going to the doctor especially when you feel horrible and very sick. I always dread going here . And here's why. Dr Lavi "himself " is really great... I thought this was a place I felt comfortable and safe , oh no! Ever since they posted the sign must wear a mask no exceptions. I've always been singled out While everyone else's doesn't have to ... and if you happen to forgot one they don't provide masks . You have to pay 10 dollars for one. Yep there's still more . I asked the staff why do you have a sign posted and in big letters no exceptions and my visit today. Nobody had a mask on.. the front desk rep replied we're not enforcing it today. So every other time that I've come in, with other people in the waiting room they only enforce it on me even if I'm not coughing . Backstory I was super sick a few weeks ago out of work struggling with money and they have the nerve to charge 40 dollars to fax papers , 3 papers with a signature and a few check marks in boxes that your able return to your work. I was upset and thought that was absolutely ridiculous with speaking to my insurance saying it's supposed to cover all coasts . . It's not illegal to do that but ethical when someone going through a hard time. Did I mention it was 40 dollars. !! Absolutely disgusting Then one of the so called nurses think it was Damien said arrogantly well it's only $40.00. I said it is coming out of your pocket, and he replied you work don't you ? I replied yes but I'm out of work right now and I'm obviously here so who are you to tell me it's only $40.00 what a real asshole. Very unprofessional to treat someone like that in the medical field.. a lot of times they'll have students there helping you out taking you into a room going over some information. I had a server cough virus ,And when you mention that you have anything extra , for me it was something very important a sever infection to be looked the student who takes you in r replies we'll see if we have time for it. Such a wonderful feeling place it go to and feel cared for. and supposedly someone more qualified comes in and goes over What's going on. The virus has to run its course so rest hydration, the basics to take care of yourself. About 2 weeks ago when I went to get the infection checked out it was healing, And the so called more qualified doctor recommended to see a wound specialist. but since going there about a month ago, I had to go to the ER and have the doctor drain it then the surgical team come out drain it even very painful packet go on antibiotics for a few weeks . . I'm thinking to myself why did the so-called doctor not refer me to a wound specialist from the beginning? It's very upsetting and disappointing think you'll get the proper care you need. Maybe look up the definition of certified versus qualified. Today I received a letter from the clinic a signed document by Dr Lavi that they let me go due to my behavior. My behavior was I was loud to the staff upset questioning how can you treat a patient like this for there quality of care . I knew no one was at the office, but the pain was so excruciating that I couldn't help but cry out in pain. So I left a voicemail asking for some meds to help with the nerve pain. Monday at 8:17 AM they called me to tell me Dr. Lee had some prescriptions ready for me at the pharmacy. Once I got the meds and took everything, within a few hours I began to experience pain relief and healing. I am so appreciative of everything this office has done for me. Glad I found Dr. Lee and recommend him as a primary care physician. I have special medical and health needs and Dr. Lee is very understanding and accomodating. I really appreciate this.
