It has spa level sevice and work but instead of a zen meditation vibe it's more like beach or brunch mimosa party atmosphere. Special shout out to tech Henry, though your hands are in excellent hands no matter who is shellac-ing them. Prices reasonable, tools of trade kept clean and sterile as best as I could tell. Little oasis in a barren urban sprawl strip mall area - upside to location...LOTS of parking! Warning: It's very grass roots neighborly so anytime anyone walks in, your tech or another will greet person and talk to them, even if they are working on you. So, this practice might be hard for narcissists to deal with.

I feel bad for the employees that work there, smelling that daily is definitely impacting their health. Secondly - I've never felt welcomed, the person at the desk has never been friendly. Third - it's cash tip only which is weird. Additionally, one time I went they would only accept e transfer for payment. I made an apt, they couldn't told me their debit machine was down so I could have brought cash. Fourth - it really depends who you get. My pedis have all been fine but my manis are hit or miss. The shellac mani I got last month was awful. Uneven, nails weren't smoothed, chipped in less than a week and the worst part - she ruined my nails. They're paper thin. I hadn't gotten my nails done in 9+ months, they were the strongest they'd ever been and no they're in awful shape.

I frantically combed google and I'm SO thankful i found her. She came in to work late at night to get my removal going, which i appreciate forever. It took 3 rounds to get the insane amount of ink out of me but we did it!! She has since re-done my brows utilizing a combination method (i am a victim of the 90's-00 brows, i have like no hair!) and they are perfect. PERFECT. They look so real and natural, like i never overplucked and/or went to hell and back. Not only is she talented, she is kind, personable, and professional. I have spent many hours in her chair and it's always been an enjoyable experience. I came in as a panicked trauma baby, and left looking great with a new friend. Ok so the review I thought I was going to leave last night is different than what I'm leaving now!…read more Yesterday I got a spray tan. I'm naturally very fair and going on vacation. I've had good and bad spray tans before, never with d-light. I conveyed that I was concerned about turning orange. Heather was so delightful and comforting. I get my spray on. I look crazy. It's purplish gray. Heather said Trust the process. I drove home. I'm streaky, I'm sticky, I'm frustrated, I'm worried. 3 hours later I shower off and I have a very light greyish tan. I was initially a little disappointed it wasn't very warm. I thought "bummer this was not worth the money." I go to sleep on it, wake up....Bronze (for me) goddess!!!!! I don't know if it was the lights I was standing in the night before or if it continued to develop overnight. It's a warm tan but not crazy and not streaky at all. I love it! Trust the process! She did a walk in on Saturday afternoon and was able to get pierced in 45 minutes. There's some places around that are fun to walk to whilst waiting. My guy piercing was so fun. His instructions beforehand on what he was exactly going to do was informative, but not overbearing. He was so much fun and did a great, speedy job!
