The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

While they communicate politely through Yelp, the quality of their work is extremely poor and disorganized--even with a written contract. They changed the project start and end dates three times, each time offering a different excuse. After multiple follow-ups, they finally started the job but failed to complete it as agreed. They requested a deposit upfront, which I unfortunately paid. After that, they stopped showing up and continued to make excuses without finishing the work.
