This is a museum used a lot by schools in their history curriculum.
It has a Victorian schoolroom, with everything as it would have been - chalks, slates, cane, abacus, etc. Members of the staff treat the children to Victorian schoolroom ethics.
The highlight is that everyone goes in Victorian dress.
The children get to see things that were expected of them in that era - chimney cleaning, washing clothes by hand, errand boys etc. After wards their homework is to sum up their opinion of Victorian values and modern values.
