My mom, brother-in-law, 2 of my little sisters, and I donated blood together (it was my sisters' first times!). They were a little nervous, but Kim at the front desk was kind and even cracked some jokes with them. Every phlebotomist was friendly and helped contribute to our experience. My little sisters got to hold their bag of blood when they were done, which they weirdly loved. The facility was clean, organized, and well-lit. They had some decent snacks too! It's spacious, and they provide a wide variety of options. My favorite part of the Y is the sauna in the locker room. It feels so nice after swimming, and it smells like vanilla! My family calls it the vanilla room. There are some great classes included in your membership too! The spin classes are fantastic and give you a killer work out. They also have barre, yoga, strength classes, boot camps! And it's great that all of these classes are included with your membership. The rock-climbing wall is also included with your membership, but doesn't have the same hours as the rest of the gym, so check that before you plan on going! Everything is clean and taken care of. I've never had any experiences with broken or dirty equipment. They have basketballs for customers to use, but a lot of them aren't the best quality. There aren't many options for gyms in Minot, but the YMCA is by far the most superior of all of them!
