It seems that in the past few months there have been a lot of new and burdensome rules. I've been a member for a long time and it seems that these new rules started when the blond lady onboarded; kinda going downhill quick. The Minot YMCA is a pretty good gym! They have 2 full-size basketball courts, classrooms, a child-care center, a rock-climbing wall, a swimming pool, a track, raquetball courts, and classrooms. It's spacious, and they provide a wide variety of options. My favorite part of the Y is the sauna in the locker room. It feels so nice after swimming, and it smells like vanilla! My family calls it the vanilla room. There are some great classes included in your membership too! The spin classes are fantastic and give you a killer work out. They also have barre, yoga, strength classes, boot camps! And it's great that all of these classes are included with your membership. The rock-climbing wall is also included with your membership, but doesn't have the same hours as the rest of the gym, so check that before you plan on going! Everything is clean and taken care of. I've never had any experiences with broken or dirty equipment. They have basketballs for customers to use, but a lot of them aren't the best quality. There aren't many options for gyms in Minot, but the YMCA is by far the most superior of all of them! read more
