Staff was friendly but unengaged and not properly trained. Internet (unsecured public WiFi) is a catastrophy in term of speed/bandwidth and reliability (disconnects all the time). Staff did not offer any help or alternatives. The breakfast was okay, but far far from four stars. The rooms were modern and functional and clean, the lobby as well. wellness and sports areas were not tested by me, but they looked good. I will look for alternatives next time I visit Copenhagen.

The extra beds mean you get plenty of pillows and towels. The view out the window, a very nice playground and miniature golf course, is quite charming. The breakfast is amazing by American standards. Typical breakfast stuff with a Danish angle: tasty sausages, some incredible bacon dish and loads of cheese, meats and breads. Pastries, jams and skyr. There were a dozen+ topping options. Fresh juices and fruit you cut yourself. You can also make your own waffle, which made my boyfriend very happy. Also, the people working at the hotel couldn't be more pleasant. They're friendly and helpful, and they always have a smile. We absolutely would stay here again.

Twin beds that can barely accommodate an adult. Rooms are noisy. I could hear the people in the floor above banging around at night and early mornings Housekeeping is discouraged and requires a daily request via an online app if a guest wants a room "refresh." The request must be submitted before midnight the night prior. Limited bathroom amenities. Shower gel and shampoo are combined. Few towels. No wash cloths. The shower enclosure doesn't seal effectively so water gets spread all across the bathroom floor, making it slippery About 1/2 of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast tables get crowded almost immediately after opening at 06:30 on weekdays and seating can be difficult to find. The restaurant has a small menu but very large portions. Servers are friendly but slow. The Wienerschnitzel was merely okay. I wouldn't order it a second time. The bar has a nice selection of beers on tap. They don't accept cash after 8pm.

However it is good for a group of people on a budget. The room had one twin sized bunk and a double sized bed underneath. Next to that was a twin sized mattress/cot. In total can fit about 3-4 people. The breakfast was decent for the price. I do not remember the exchange rate but it was 85 krones ( i think that's about $17CAD). There was an assortment of breads, coldcut meats, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and juice. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She helped us with the takeout menu to a near by delivery place for dinner (menu was in Danish). Overall a decent place for brief stays.
