That said her front office staff is not particularly accommodating and downright rude. I have always paid using a credit card and not been charged a surcharge and today I was told there was a 30% surcharge on my visit if I paid with a credit card. When I asked if I could run home and get another credit card or pay over the phone, the staff was very rude about it and said no. I finally asked to speak to either Dr. Jih or management and the receptionist called and spoke to the office manager, I was given the accommodation I had requested, which was to call with my card as soon as I got home. No one bothered to mention this fee when I arrived, and no one also mentioned that they take Apple Pay, which I do have and for which they don't charge surcharge . I will continue to come and see Dr. Jih but I suggest management talks to the front desk people because how they behaved was really unnecessarily rude, and poor customer service. At no point was there any let me see what we can do about this to help you. Especially since I have seen Dr. Jih for over 15 years and never had a problem before.
