It's a small shop but they offer a lot of great choices. If you can't find what you want here you probably won't find it. I often go here for steaks, but this time I needed 16lbs of Boston butt, ground. It took about 15-20min from the time I entered the door till the time I left. Granted there were 6-8 people ahead of me, the staff did a fairly decent job with helping customers. There were about 7-9 guys in there steadily moving around trying to keep things rolling. Overall great place to get fresh meat, but expect to wait. Recommend to anyone looking for a good steak to grill.
