When I called the bank, they blamed it on another institution, but it came out of my account from THIS INSTITUTION IN SENECA. Then I started looking for other charges they might have had wrong. I find out there is $120.00 worth of debits directly from the bank itself for QuickBooks which I don't use and never personally signed up for, that was randomly charging me 6 months for 17.95 a month. When I asked to have the charges reversed for it, they gave me one month of credit back. Just beware where you put your money. I called customer service, the Seneca branch and spoke to David the supervisor who was rude and unhelpful. and a branch in Greenville, They all refused to reverse the charges. Beware of what you are wrongfully being charged for. If your checks are being taken out of your account, different than you wrote, That's scary. I already had quickbooks that I paid $400.00 for; why would I need to pay them 17.95 a month. The whole experience is quite unsettling. IN my entire life, I have never seen a bank debit more from your account than what the check says. I will be changing banks.

filed a dispute with them and everything went successfully. two weeks later they took the money…read moreback out of my account and told me they had no idea what happened to it or why it had been taking out and told me a lady who no longer worked there had done this without any notice or paper, they said they would get back to me when they find out what's going on. a week and a half goes by with no information and then i called and they finally said that they were unable to file a dispute because i entered my card information and they couldn't get my money back. Even though i did not receive a product for the money that was taken and had even requested for them to stop the charge while it was still pending and my card had been cancelled. never heard of not being able to file a dispute because a card number was used. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with their service and lack of help/professionalism. What bank doesn't know where or why your money is missing?

I went to make a purchase on line for $72.00 and the bank card wouldn't work, when I called the bank they said everything looks good, but I still couldn't buy anything. The next week I was going to have work done on my house. I went to pay online the day before and it wouldn't work. The bank was closed for a holiday, so had to use my credit card. Thanks bank!... So, I go to close the account, and it takes them forty minutes. During all that a teller came up to me and like a seven year old that has to be right, she said, you put in the wrong CVC code..... Yeah right 4 times and again with my wife's card. B.S.!... A week later my job direct deposits my check... What does the bank do? Deposit it in a closed account. I had problems with their last website going down so often but this is MUCH WORSE. This bank is bad is so many more aspects that just this one. Their tellers are not very bright as I had to argue with one because she did not know that USD is US Dollars. I had to get a manager over and he even looked at her like she dropped from the sky. How can you be a teller at a bank and not know anything about currency? I have a bad experience on a bi-monthly basis and it is past time I moved on. I would not recommend banking here to anyone and advise banking customers to move over to Woodforest where I have another account with zero problems.
