So definitely not my normal type of business to be reviewing, but hey, they had a sign up asking…read morepeople to review them, and that is probably also where my boss found them, and I like numbers going up anyway. So yeah - after a heck of a time trying to find somewhere that still does old-school paper fingerprints for a client I obviously won't name, other than to say it's in the government sector, whose contractor verification system is stuck in the 90s and only took old-school paper fingerprints... ended up here a few days ago. After making an appointment online (thanks for not requiring me to call to make an appointment!), got a text the next day confirming it, showed up at the designated time, definitely did *not* see in the text message, by the way, that it had a gate code in it, which it probably did (I was also nervous when, through the gate, their sign said they closed at 4, despite having made a 4:30 appointment... they need to fix their sign, they close at 5 M-F. Anyway, once I got in, it took about half an hour total - again, partially because the reason I was there instead of going to the official PD fingerprinting down the street from me was because the client *needed* ink fingerprints, and nobody does that anymore, because it's inherently a pain. The guy doing it was super friendly though, and did a great job. (As he replied when I told him that's why I was there: more business for them, I guess!) Plenty of parking, too. Absolutely can't speak to prices, though - as a consultant, I've gotten fingerprinted several times, but I'm never the one paying for it!

Once more I find myself doing something that I do not normally do unless I am impressed by the…read moreindividual or the services, they provide to me. In this instance I am speaking of Ms. Lisa Mendoza and her notary services. As I posted back in December of 2024 when I first engaged Ms. Mendoza in providing notary services for my wife and I at the time we were in a bit of a quandary for well my wife found herself in the hospital in a non-ambulatory state. So, we both were very appreciative and impressed with her professionalism and care to our needs at the time. She was patient, understanding, and flexible as to working with our needs as to the required notary services we needed at the time. Well, here we are in September of 2026 and my wife and I found ourselves in need of notary services and, mind you, ambulatory notary services at that meaning Ms. Mendoza would travel to the client to attend to their notary services which once more we found ourselves in. By the way I initially reached out to her on September 7th Labor Day I at the time not realizing that it was Labor Day yet all that being said and true she responded to me and told me to contact her the following day to more in depth talk about what I needed. So, I called her the following day even though I must admit I overslept and we discussed the matter and how it could be addressed. Well once again Ms. Mendoza came thru not only by providing the notary services my wife and I needed but as a bonus this time around for Ms. Mendoza was able to provide 2 witnesses to the notarization which was required. A reasonable fee for the witnesses was charged and frankly a very reasonable fee for the whole transaction. Which by the way in addition involved the filing of a certain document with the State office in Los Angeles. So once more I find myself writing this post for Ms. Mendoza and her growing firm to express my thanks and appreciation for being they're for both my wife and I in our time of need. And yes, to congratulate her on the growth of her firm and her two new colleagues I had the pleasure to meet on this occasion. I will to continue to keep her and her firm first in mind when should the need of notary services come about for my wife and I. So should you be in such a need give her a call you will find yourself in very good hands. Thank you.
