I had a schedule to get my window fixed with you guys today. Unfortunately, it seems like you do not need my business. I am upset that after setting a schedule with me, you failed to let me know where this is going to go. I'm sure I'm just another customer of yours, but I have been a manager for multiple businesses as well. A simple call to let your customer know that you cannot do the job today would've been sufficient or refusing the job could've saved me from worrying if this will get done or not.
I have called you twice, and another person also called to get this done but to no avail. Now, I am outside my parking putting a plastic bag over this broken window when I COULD'VE SET A SCHEDULE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY Instead. It's going to snow tonight about 12"-18". I am pissed as you caused me 3 hours of my work time so I can get home and wait for your company to come by to do the said job. I hope that this text sheds light to what you have done. If a job cannot be done, refuse it or at least have the professionalism to reach out to your customer rather than dodging the call.
If you can do this to 1 customer, I'm sure it's difficult to get something you've done fixed. I do not trust this company at this point so, beware.
