I reached out to Frank and he responded immediately and informed me he was up to the task. In less than 48 hours he came over and got the job done and I am very satisfied with the work done as well as the reasonable pricing and flexibility of the work needed last minute. He did an amazing job and the before and after pictures show the hard work and dedication that he puts into making sure it looks sparkling clean. Would highly recommend Frank to others or anyone in need of pressure washing for their home.

They fully listened to my wants and met all my expectations, and even more than I requested. I will hire them again when I have more work. When he wasn't 100% satisfied with the clean, he brought his big ladder and cleaned the window from inside our condo. The skylight window now looks amazingly clean. His price is also reasonable. I was in need of a gutter cleaning one day and was getting frustrated trying to find someone who…read morecould do it that day. After leaving my number with several different companies and not getting any call-backs, I got a call-back from Todd (soon after leaving my number on his voicemail). After describing the job I needed done, He estimated the job for me right then and told me he'd be by later that afternoon. I was impressed by his professionalism AND his enthusiasm to get the job done, even though it turned out to be much tougher than initially anticipated. He really worked hard and got my nasty gutters cleaned up. Even though the job took twice as long as originally estimated, Todd stuck to the original estimate, and seemed happy to do so. This is the correct way to run a service!! I was so happy with the job though, i was happy to pay him a little extra. The downspouts were also clogged and he was able to clear them too! Also installed downspout strainers to keep them from getting clogged up again. There was one area of gutter about 12 feet long that was so bad, it had rusted through and was virtually useless. Todd told me repairs of this nature were beyond the scope of his services, but offered to come back and provide me with a patch job (as a temporary fix) but I'd have to wait until we'd had a few days of dry weather. A couple weeks later, he came out and did an AWESOME job of patching it up. I think this "temporary fix" should hold at least a couple of years or so! Thanks Todd!!! I highly recommend Todd to anyone looking to get their gutters cleaned. But he also offers other services, such as, window cleaning, pressure washing, hauling, to name a few. And I think some others that I can't recall just now. I am currently looking forward to using Todd on a few more jobs around here later this spring. I urge anyone looking to get any of these services to give Todd a call first. You won't be sorry that you did. I am in Concord, but his service area is quite large. Like from Fairfield to Livermore, I think. Maybe further. Give him a try. Thanks for reading this long review. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation warranted a very good one.
