I paid for my bankruptcy back in April 2025, and it's now November 2025, seven months later absolutely nothing has been filed. Charles did absolute nothing with my case. Month after month, I called and emailed asking for updates, and every time I was told someone would "get back to me." No one ever did.. What makes it worse is how convincing Charles was in the beginning. He comes across as kind, patient, and professional during the consultation just to gain your trust. But once they have your money, that's where the professionalism ends. You won't hear from anyone again, and your case will sit untouched. I finally asked for a refund, and still haven't received it. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had with a business. They took my money, wasted my time, and gave me nothing in return. Update 11/26/2025 I spoke to Charles on 11/10 and he gave me a fedex tracking number and told me I would receive my refund in two days. Two weeks and no refund. I had to go up to his office today, the day before Thanksgiving and DEMAND my refund. He kept blaming the delay on his "accountant". HE IS SCAMMER !!! DO NOT HIRE HIS OFFICE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. I am also reporting him to the BBB and the AGC.

I was referred to Justin Lee Senior loan officer of Prime Mortgage by my real estate agent…read more Immediately upon speaking to Justin, he was kind and easy to talk to. I walked into the process of becoming a homeowner with no prior knowledge and awareness of trends in the market. Justin patiently carved time out of his day any time I had any concerns or questions about the market, loan options and even down to the smallest detail that I would have missed if it weren't for his guidance. Loan officers from other companies were not only impatient, I was even told I would not be approved! Makes sense when considering that they couldn't care less to take the time to understand my background, or put in the work to find me the best options. Justin truly went the extra mile for me and got me a loan with incredible rates and even credits in this challenging market! On top of all of that Justin often sent me reminders and advised me on how to go about getting the best rates possible and securing the loan in time for the closing date. If you want to find an honest, patient, kind loan officer who's really going to have your best interest at heart, look no further. I truly cannot thank you enough Justin!! Thank you for making my dream of home ownership become a reality!!

They had good reputation among small businesses and came recommended. They took care of you personally. They've grown since then, and the person who was managing our accounts retired. Afterwards, they hired a cookie cutter manager from a large investment house, and that down home feel disappeared. They sold our account to some fly by night no name financial manager in New Jersey or Long Island, and never told us. We found out by getting an email from some stranger telling us he has our accounts. They couldn't even give us the courtesy of prior notification (we would have rejected the request and simply moved our money elsewhere). If they had, they wouldn't have been able to profit by selling my info. Naturally, we went with someone else, but they were actually able to make money by liquidating older accounts that were in the start up 1% commission. They wanted the full 2% and sold all accounts that didn't fit their mold. And then tried to be all polite and nice. When confronted about selling our holdings? "Nah Bruh!!! We are allowed to!!! And we sent your personal data to some guy we barely know!!" This is what they said. No. Avoid this place if you can. They are boiler plate industrial knock 'em out financial management that doesn't really care about you. Only skimming off your money - which is basically what all financial management firms do, but at least they should be professional and have some degree of ethics. They don't.

I had some concern about who would handle my finances and be sensitive to my being a gay man. Thanks to the Internet, I found Christopher Street Financial during my research and set up an appointment. At that time, I met with one of their financial advisers and we were on the same page as to the direction of my investments. It was refreshing to meet someone who understood and confirmed my ideas for the future. Recently, I had another meeting to go over changes in my finances. Although my original adviser was no longer with Christopher Street, I met two equally pleasant and wonderful members with the same results. They understood what was needed and had no hesitation to recommend courses of action that made sense to me. Christopher Street Financial does handle clients with smaller investments like myself, as well as people with more significant holdings. It's worth the call to inquire and set up an introductory meeting if you have an interest in current and future investment opportunities.
