Mac, & Vanessa have are, were & have been nothing short of wonderful since the first time I reached out to find a unit to rent. And have actually gone personally out of their way to help remedy the situation resulting from the error ON MY PART. Frankly, it's beyond refreshing. This is hands down one of the best places I have EVER done business with in any way shape or form. And the 1st time, I have had need to make use of my "Thank You Cards" for a storage unit rental. The fees have increased somewhat as a result of the recent inflation & covid related economic crappiness - but that's been the case with everything - & it's still very much inline with market value, or below - based on the location & ease of use. I didn't know how many I would need and the attendant recommended I rent them both on Friday to be sure and that I could cancel on Monday if needed. So Monday comes and I try to cancel one of the units and no one is there all day. I call and leave a message and get no response. I had to leave for Bend and didn't hear from them for days. When i did they said they would have to charge me for the month! Fast forward 7 month to today, and I call to discuss moving out. The bill is due today and I wanted to see if they would take this as a notice and prorate me for one day out if the month usage. Nope! So I remind them that I paid for a unit in the beginning that I tried to cancel but no one was in the office and she says. "Yes that's unfortunate" but won't budge on this last day costing me an entire month. So if you have a choice in another storage company I would stay away!
