Eury really put the work in to figure out what was wrong, and that's why I'm giving this review. He probably spent an hour diagnosing the problem, which is a good use of the $79 fee. Turns out it was indeed pepcos thermostat that was malfunctioning and not my furnace. Because i was impressed with his service, I bought a new thermostat and installation on site from Eury. I simply don't trust Pepco to take responsibility for their own product and get out here to fix it, so I paid the $250 charge to A&S to actually fix my problem.
