Not only am I a beginner I am a plus size model that comes with its challenges one of the biggest being my insecurities and self esteem issues . But I would soon come to find out that this wasn't just anytype of photoshoot and just some photographer trying to pass time taking photos as a hobby to build a portfolio. He was invested , professional, and most importantly for me compassionate. The compassion was a big piece for me because of the insecurities and self-esteem issues about my body but that quickly melted away it wasn't even like a photo shoot it was like it turned into an artist painting on a canvas and as such things went smoothly just like that from there . It felt like the whole world had just disappeared in that moment as I posed with the air slightly hitting my face with my eyes closed . It was the most beautiful part of the shoot ( the bedsheet and bed poses ) . Time and time again I come across my photos and I relive the moments of every shot I took with Chris. I can honestly say I cannot wait for what the future holds and to have this experience again would be amazing . I have never felt so good so alive so ...I mean I can't even in words tell you really I want it all over again...and again and then some ....

The memories we have of our engagement photo session and our wedding day are the best of our lives, and when we look at the pictures they become that much more vivid and real. We have La Vida to thank for that and so much more. All of the La Vida photographers are extremely personable people who care about you as a couple and know that the only way they're going to get amazing photos is if you feel comfortable around them. The best example of this is their requirement to do an engagement session with their couples prior to the wedding day. Not only do you get amazing photos out of the session, but the whole time they are taking note of how you interact with each other as a couple - your dynamic, unspoken gestures and quirks. They came to the wedding knowing all of the shots that we wanted (after we had done their homework e-mailed to us about a month prior) and all of the names of important family and friends. We had a crazy amount of pictures we wanted before the ceremony and I can't believe how efficiently we breezed through them all. Even the picture with three siblings, three in-laws, seven children under five years old, and parents went quickly. Best of all they made it fun! For the non-staged pictures, La Vida Creations mastered the art of being a fly on the wall and capturing true emotions. We honestly couldn't be happier with the quality (and quantity) of pictures delivered to us after the event. Additionally, La Vida works very efficiently to get your pictures post-processed and uploaded to a very professional (and password protected) website which allows you to download one, multiple or all of the pictures at once for your personal use. The accessibility of the pictures was very important to us, and La Vida Creations is great about letting you do whatever you wish with your photos - although they also have some amazing photo-book packages that are going to be great for a future anniversary! In short, going with La Vida Creations was the best decision we made for our wedding. Everything else - the food, the music, the venue - is temporary. The pictures La Vida took of our special day are timeless and we are going to cherish them forever.
