Dennis did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. The mansion is stunning inside and out, which made for amazing photos and ambiance. You can tell how much thought was put into the appearance of every room. Members of our family and bridal party stayed there for a few days and loved it. The breakfasts were sumptuous and filling, and the rooms were so uniquely designed. Each one was different and looked like something out of the Victorian era. Our room was quite large, with a sitting area, large bathroom with a standalone tub and shower, and a cozy fireplace. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend the Beiger. We planned our wedding from Los Angeles and Keith was amazing throughout the whole process. We rented the tables, chairs, and linens from The Brick--it was all beautiful! The venue was a reasonable price. Everything was laid out very clearly in the contract and the FAQs. Anything I needed help with, Keith was available by e-mail and responded very quickly. Our vendors were easily able to access the venue to set up catering (The Landing) and the cake (C'est La Vie). It was a stress free and beautiful day. I couldn't ask for anything better! Around 7:30 PM, I went to the bar to receive mine, but the bartender acted as though giving me the drink was coming out of her own pocket. She told me that someone else should have already gotten it for me instead of simply honoring what was included for the wedding guests. As a member of the wedding party, I should have received the same complimentary drink as everyone else. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming, and it left a poor impression of the customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this venue if this is how guests are treated. Customer service is an important part of any event, especially a wedding, and unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations.

Located off of Twin Lakes Road in Cassopolis, Marion Magnolia Farms is family-run with an industrialized vintage modern vibe sparkled complete with crystal chandeliers, vintage couches, large white drapery, wooden tables, and chairs for the reception. The ceremony site took us outside, where guests sat on long wooden benches surrounded by their beautiful orchards and a handcrafted windmill. The owner, Brittney, and her assistant and cousin, Lauren, were there the entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly. There is no air conditioning indoors other than windows and large barn doors. I would like to recommend adding paper towels in the restrooms. Some of the guests were using toilet paper instead of the hand dryers. One look at this place, and you will fall in love as there were so many great photo ops, and everyone had a wonderful time, which we can recommend.

Becky is so sweet and treats everyone like family…read more Watching her hang out with her alpacas and getting to meet Bacchus, the resident dog, was a treat! We spent the first morning there just taking photos of the incredible property and antiques! We were a five minute drive from Diamond Lake and spent the day kayaking. That night we made popcorn and watched a movie in the barn. There is a projector so it was like a private theater complete with a big antique couch to snuggle on! Our bedroom was so comfy and the down blankets felt like the best thing ever after our long afternoon on the water! In the morning, I took a bubble bath while my husband cooked a delicious frittata with farm fresh eggs and peppers right from Becky's garden! Talk about a killer breakfast! After breakfast, we drove up to Warren Dunes and spent the afternoon climbing Tower Hill and swimming. We hit up several fun antique shops on the way back, and stopped into Vaselyks to pick up some smoked pork chops that we cooked up over the fire! We made smores for dessert and laid out under the stars. Becky even made us some chocolate chip cookies from scratch that we nibbled on! I can't tell you how great it was to reconnect with nature and enjoy such a fabulous romantic weekend in the country!

The size of these gardens are amazing and the time it takes to walk them took my family and I nearly two hours. It is a relaxing place to visit if you want some time away to read, write, or think. The venue is handicap accessible and the bathroom was large enough to fit the wheelchair of a member of our party, though it was a little tight for the wheelchair to turn a corner to get into the bathroom. They host all sorts of events here from weddings to jewelry making classes and more, so I highly recommend planning an event here!
